Come here often and while the service is always pleasant the food lacks several things to be desired. While im aware this is a chain restaurant, its glaringly obvious
To me that absolutely 0 japanese people work here evident by their lack of attention to any detail present in japanese cuisine. Specifically the chefs knife work with vegetables is laughable. Third time ive had the issue of broccoli being undercooked and cut improperly. Do better please. Could be an amazing spot with a little more care!

I had a chance to eat at the phat boy sushi in Deerfield last week and I was very impressed. The food was perfect, my plum wine was delicious and my server Alana did an amazing job. She was alone with a full dining room and still managed to be courteous and attentive.

Definitely coming back for all of the above again!

In the area for a few days and the AirBnB host recommended this location which did not disappoint 👌🏽! Our waitress was kind and provided a few suggestions. The strawberry mojito was light and refreshing. I had an order of edamame, a shrimp tempura roll, and a side of stir fry veggies. My boyfriend had the chicken hibachi. All the food came out hot and delicious! We loved it! The restaurant is really cute and clean. It looks like they have a dope happy hour which we missed by a few minutes. I would visit this spot again in the future! 🤌🏽

I was in a hurry, boss was in another building and he gave me some time to eat, this place was nearby and so I went in. It was great! Not only was the staff very polite, but they accommodated for my meal replacing rice with a salad in this poke bowl I ordered! Yes salad over rice sounds off but it was 3 pm and I was going to be at the gym so don’t bite my head off! I have no regrets over my order!

It’s good, but the to-go portion of salmon poke nachos was about half of what you’d get if you ate in.
