I had a chance to eat at the phat boy sushi in Deerfield last week and I was very impressed. The food was perfect, my plum wine was delicious and my server Alana did an amazing job. She was alone with a full dining room and still managed to be courteous and attentive.

In the area for a few days and the AirBnB host recommended this location which did not disappoint 👌🏽! Our waitress was kind and provided a few suggestions. The strawberry mojito was light and refreshing. I had an order of edamame, a shrimp tempura roll, and a side of stir fry veggies. My boyfriend had the chicken hibachi. All the food came out hot and delicious! We loved it! The restaurant is really cute and clean. It looks like they have a dope happy hour which we missed...

To me that absolutely 0 japanese people work here evident by their lack of attention to any detail present in japanese cuisine. Specifically the chefs knife work with vegetables is laughable. Third time ive had the issue of broccoli being undercooked and cut improperly. Do better please. Could be an amazing...
