I'm writing this review as a homesick college girl who is craving pho. I usually order take out of this place and order the P.24 rare steak and it is so SO SOOO DELICIOUS!! To eat this you need the broth to be super hot (i just reheat on my stove) so it actually cooks the meat which gives it more flavor. This comes with 2 sauces a orange one and a black one (I usually ask for extra i love them both) I add everything it comes with. Only wish it was cheaper. I love this pho so much i would kill to have some now but I will have to wait until I'm back home :(

This place is phenomenal, the pho broth is always delicious and they have probably the best bahn mi I’ve ever had. Love coming here. Customer service is fast and attentive!!

Pho 954 exceeded our expectations! The soups were absolutely amazing—full of flavor and perfectly cooked. We especially enjoyed the pho, which tasted authentic and delicious. Stopped by recently and was super impressed! The egg rolls were crispy and flavorful, and the tofu was cooked to perfection—soft inside with a nice sear on the outside. The portions were generous, and the flavors were on point. The laid-back atmosphere made it a great spot to just relax and enjoy some quality Vietnamese food. Definitely worth a visit!

Great service and nice setup. The food is good. The portion is very generous for a large size. The pricing is probably the highest of any pho restaurants so they may want to reduce to attract more customers.

Inconceivable portion sizes. Ordering a “large”bowl (big back) at other restaurants you’ll usually receive a medium size. However, order a large bowl of phở or bún bò huế here and you’ll receive a LARGE bowl. Packed with delicious noodles and meat, not just broth and water unlike many other spots. Waiter was attentive and highly courteous, highly recommend this spot for people wanting to try Vietnamese cuisine!

My wife and I recently visited Pho 954, and we shared the large pho with beef and tendons. The broth was rich and flavorful, perfectly balanced with tender beef and chewy, delicious tendons. The portion was generous, more than enough for the two of us.

The service was excellent—our server was attentive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Despite the quality and portion size, the price was very reasonable, making it a fantastic value for such an authentic and satisfying pho experience.

Highly recommended for anyone craving great pho with excellent service at a fair price

Best Pho spot hands down. Authentic w/fresh quality ingredients even down to the broth! I found out they use a special water for their broth and it makes all the difference. Clean and inviting atmosphere. Family owned and operated. Try the B38 Pho special with a coconut smoothie and thank me later!
