When you call the line to place an order ppl never speak English who pick up the line, seems like a whole challenge to get a simple order 3 topping pizza that I order every single time. Idk how this place still run, as a manager in sales and customer service their representative are poor quality trash. Not happy at all

Overall, don’t order from this location. I placed an order online and it never got delivered. Been calling for about a week to get my refund but can only get an answer from the call center WHO CANT PROCESS REFUNDS.what’s the point of the call center ???? And every time the transfer me to the store directly….no one answers. Just get rid of the whole store!!

I’m currently in the area because of evacuation orders due to Milton. I walked in to order a mini pizza and was sent out due to them only accepting phone orders, so anybody who doesn’t have a phone is unable to buy, which I find ridiculous. I hate all credit and technology societies. cash & in person shopping is the move. anyways, took 20 minutes to get my pizza. a bit annoying because this whole process was 30 minutes, and where I live I just walk in, buy one and leave. and every single review of this place is 1 star. don’t come here.
Poor deal. In Limo pizza for 105 , 3 medium pizza and 2.25 ltr xold drink given, and one large pizza is 30. So dont take this shit deal of limo pizza

Some miserable angry older guy is completely uninterested is good customer service. He's mean to his employees and the place has a bad vibe. The employees are very cool but the owner isn't. Pizza Hut is pretty good just not this place. Check it for yourself

It took me 2 phone calls to place a simple order, they left me on hold and didn’t come back in. Man answering phone does not understand or speak proper English. I ordered a large chicken Hawaiian pizza with sauce on 1/2. Of it. I got a medium with sauce on the whole thing. Not happy. I questioned the size of it in the store. He told me I paid for a medium. I paid $19. A medium is $18. A large is $20. I asked him three times in the phone how much a large was and he told me $19. I wasn’t going to argue with him at the store as they were really busy, but we got home and saw sauce on all of it, that was it. I called them and got no satisfaction. I am a Pizza Hut lover, but will not go back to that one.
