Young guy at the drive thru was so nice, so patient. I wish I knew his name to write down here. No complaints at all about service or food. Thank you so much for being open pass 8pm and serving good food.

every time i order from here which has been pretty much once every 2 weeks the last year, they get something wrong. first couple orders they'd forget the cups of sauce (the sauce is the boss, open the flood gates and release the sauce!!!!!!!!), now when i order a diet coke i get a regular coke. CMON YOOOO!!!!! GET IT RIGHT. ITS A TROPICHOP WITH 2 SAUCES AND A DRINK. ITS NOT THAT HARD. its gotten to the point where i just cant order anymore. bye guys, stay blessed, and good luck

Had lunch at Pollo Tropical recently, and it was just what I needed. The grilled chicken was juicy and full of flavor, and the side of plantains was a perfect touch. I took my 83 year old client there, she loved it. The food was well prepared, also they kept the place clean. Maybe because it’s mostly older mature ladies in the kitchen, they’re doing a good job cooking the food.
