Visit this location on a regular basis, the location is great the staff is very friendly and welcoming especially the assistant manager Luis who will help you with any questions and minor issues. Went there on Tuesday and I didn’t get the beans that comes with my order and he was there to help out, he has excellent customer service skills which you don’t experience in other places.
Young guy at the drive thru was so nice, so patient. I wish I knew his name to write down here. No complaints at all about service or food. Thank you so much for being open pass 8pm and serving good food.
I an amazing meal at Pollo Tropical in Deerfield Beach! The chicken was super juicy and packed with flavor. The staff were really friendly and made me feel right at home. Definitely going back soon! 🍗✨
