I literally just got my food delivered with UberEats, I live less than 10 minutes away and all of my food is cold. Chicken cold, rice and beans cold, apple pie cold, needless to say, my $40 investment was not worth it. Called the store, and you guessed it, phone rang until it went to voicemail, and the voicemail is full. So disappointed, people work too hard in this day and age to get subpar quality especially as it pertains to food.

The food was amazing — fresh and tasty! However, the overall experience could have been better. After ordering, our food was brought to the table with no utensils, and several employees were just standing around chatting while customers were waiting. Male employee using ladies restroom. Thank you Obama! We never had that issues before. Furthermore soap dispenser was broken that lets me believe your male employee didn’t wash his hands. Hopefully, management can focus more on customer service and cleaniness to match the quality of the food.

I stood in line behind one man for 10 to fifteen minutes. I went to the bathroom, came back to get in line, and the man I was behind still had not been greeted and have his order taken.
I left!
It's too many places in this area to buy chicken...ijs

I never go there to eat , much less through drive-thru. I went two different days : one day i had lunch there and the other day i bought dinner through drive-thru.
