Great selection and quality!
Went here for the first time today. Wow, and not in a good way. I bought a lobster for my husband for our anniversary. The lady at the cash register was so rude, And then she actually asked for a tip am I wrong? But do you normally tip someone at the cash register for uncooked food?
Needless to say, I won't be back.

Im sorry to say the Owner is prejudiced i walk in at 1:02 and got told the kitchen is closed but people was ordering in front of me. Also, the kitchen doesn't close intell 1:30 so i set my wife back in there and she placed the order with no problem and at that time it was 1:20 :) People don't appreciate us spending a bunch of money. But got to admit, they do have a really good a fried seafood :(

An attending fish shop right on Hillsborough with tons of fresh fish, shellfish, and for those in sell of it - lobster. Very accessible, plenty of parking, great and friendly staff.
This is our very very very favorite seafood place! We live in Chicago most of the time, but when we take an Uber from the airport, we have them stop at pops along the way! I just can't wait to get there each time! Their Old Bay seasoned shrimp is the absolute best!
Great selection of fileted and whole fish, including Barrel fish, which is not often seen. Helpful staff. Softshell crabs are pricey at $13+ each. Conch fritters very good. They had a fresh foccaccia bread that was huge and delicious.

I have been going to Pops for a few years..most of the staff are amazing, but some of the women are kind of unfriendly. Prices very high and upcharge for using Credit card seems unfair it's the cost of doing business for the owner.

I’ve been all around the world and I’ve never Tasted fish and shrimp like this in my life I don’t know what they do to it, but it really is the best Not only is their fish the freshest I’ve ever seen or tasted But it really is cooked to perfection and they have a great batter friendly staff As well I’ll be returning for the third time in one week while on vacation nasa lol
