Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Yummy as always and the girls that work there are very helpful!

I was in visiting from Southern California where most of our locations closed, and craving Rita's! I searched for the closest and found this location not far from where we were. The owner and his employee were so kind, greeting us right away. Asked if we had been in before (my friend had not), gave her the full rundown of what to expect, options, samples, etc. - you could tell he was super passionate about the product and experience. Store was super clean and inviting. Guided us to his favorite flavor which quickly became mine, some friendly conversation, and off we were. Honestly, the experience was top notch and not what you would expect from a small chain custard spot. I believe he owns one other location and deserves all the best. I wish they would open more in San Diego again, but for now I'll have to visit this one every time I'm in town. GO here, and enjoy!

The formula at this RITAS FOR VANNILA CUSTARD has to b the worse. I have eaten at many Rita's but this one the custard is almost DRY tasting. And u can see bubbles in custard. Ridiculous. It comes from a machine

By far the best Rita’s I’ve ever been to. The service was absolutely amazing and just super refreshing how great the girls and gentleman were. I’ve been eating Rita’s for 30+ years since being a kid Clearwater Florida to every location in south Florida. The flavors are always amazing but the service was just bar none. Thank you so much for being awesome and amazing.

Rita’s Ice Cream in Deerfield Beach is my go-to spot, and it’s not just for the amazing treats! The Concrete Mudslide is my absolute favorite—rich, delicious, and always made perfectly and the same. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. Mya and Erin, along with the other teenage girls who work there, are always so kind, positive, and welcoming. Most often you don’t find that in teens. Most places kids are on their phone talking to one another not paying attention to the customer but here every single one of them and I’ve met at least 6 are amazing. There isn’t a time I walk in without being greeted with a smile and genuine hospitality. The ice cream is fantastic, but it’s the warmth and friendliness of the staff that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!

I have called several times since they took the regular strawberry Italian is but they never carry it anymore. I ha e requested several times yet they still don't make it. Please bring the plane strawberry back

The young lady was very polite. I also noticed a gentleman picking up litter outside the establishment. I believe he was the owner, he was very kind and polite as well, even thanked us for our business. I definitely recommend giving this place your business.
