Worst customer service experience, so rude!! Front parking lot was flooding, outside of hotel has mold everywhere and very dirty. Hotel room has blood saints on the floor, a desk and bathroom sink center. Bed has hair in it and the sheets and mattress was stained!! The bathroom had broken lights and bugs all in int, the shower mat was all torn apart. When I showed the front desk they didn't care and didn't want to refund me. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Left the room and came back to missing medication from my room. When I brought it to their attention they trespassed me and added an additional surcharge of 250 with absolutely no explanation nor a call back from the manger Gina

Needs to be more accommodating…Front desk did Not offer assistance in room change or even check non working TV…since I was erroneously put in a handicapped room, I noted that it lacked enough towels and was a depressing room for even the handicapped…A fresh coat of paint inside the rooms and updated bright colors for drapes and bedding would be welcoming…

Place is dirty, bugs in the room, shower head is not even 5' tall. 1st day never changed towels asked front desk the next morning for clean towels. Came back at 2:00 pm and there were no towels in the room. Every towel was in the dryer!!!! No breakfast even though it states breakfast on the website. Apples and granola bars is what I was told was the breakfast! Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Has not been maintained at all. STAY FAR AWAY!

Roaches; moldy&smoky smelling rooms; TV /AC inoperable; swapped rooms was “ok” but still smoky room; carpet needed to be cleaned in both rooms; mirrors were smudged; both rooms was musty. Outside /exterior was rusted from-looks like water from AC units.

The dirtiest hotel I've been to. I will never stay there again. Wet carpet. dirty floor, dirty bathroom. Dirty walls. Ice machine not working, No fridge. No hair dryer. Room smelling like cigarette and wet dog.

Plenty deferred maintenance. Room was filthy and smelled bad. Checked out after 1 night. Never again. Pillow were crunchy and smelled. Bath was broken Elevator was filthy. Just an overall bad experience.

I loved my stay there and i really enjoyed the pool and I loved everything about my stay there and the front desk was good and the room service was good and everything about the hotel was good including the room service

The place needs to be seriously renovated! The bathroom door was falling apart, the shower had a ripped floor mat, there is no refrigerator nor microwave and the bed has very worn, thin sheets that didn't stay tucked in.

Gigantic roaches the size of the palm of my hand Roaches in the bed, on the ceiling, walls bathroom you name it DRUGS Women getting attacked between the hours of 10pm-5am No security Unfortunately I was here for 4 days and will do everything in my power to report this to the state of Florida and get this unhealthy place shut down. This is a halfway house..

Room had a terrible odor, and we had to share our room with more than one kind of bugs. Definitely not what we expected from a Wyndham property. I am fairly sure that Wyndham is not aware of the condition of the room we had. We had no coffee in our room and no linen replacement for our entire 4 night stay. We will not be booking this facility again.

For your saftey, please do not book this hotel. The rooms are old and dirty. The lobby is dated and smells like smoke. Everything about this place is very very bad. Even if a room is offered to you free, DO NOT STAY HERE.

My daughter and I came to Florida to visit my mom in Memory Care. There are two La Quinta’s on Hillsborough Blvd. in Deerfield Beach near I-95. They are within a quarter of mile of each other on opposite sides of the street. This is a motel with cat walks. I confused it with the La Quinta Hotel behind Wawa. The main structure with a dining room and lobby in front of the motel makes it appear as if it’s a hotel. On the positive side, the staff was relatively pleasant. They listened to all my concerns and were sympathetic to my problems but only solved one. The room was bright and looked renovated. Hotels are quite expensive in the Boca Raton / Deerfield Beach area. At about $100 a night including tax this motel is a bargain. It also has an uncrowded outside laundry room with working machines. Problems. There were small roaches crawling around the bathroom. I killed a few. The room was not made up on the second day despite my calling three times. They will not clean unless you ask them to. The microwave was broken. I complained for several days. Promises to fix it were never fulfilled. On the last day I was told I could change rooms if I wanted a working microwave. Too late. You need to call several times each day to have the room made up. They do a good job though. There is some garbage around the walkways.

This property has shady people hanging all around it. Trash everywhere. Rooms are nothing better than some cheap motel. I’ve stayed at Laquita’s that were very nice, this one isn’t even close. Book elsewhere!!!

Room TV did not work and we had to kill numerous centipedes and cockroaches. Front desk person told my husband no other room available but then I went to get a refund for additional night and clerk was giving a room to a couple that was thanking him for getting them a room with no reservation exactly the room that my husband had inquired about 20 minutes earlier. Poor service and cleanliness. Needs better pest control at this location!
