I can't tell you how long we've been waiting to try this place and it never works with our schedule. Well today was the day Sunday 11:30 a.m. perfect timing I think the owner Andrew was alone and we had the SunburntItalian and it was so delicious and flavorful with the peppers, and the meat just felt so fresh and amazing. Now I think we want to come back more than ever LOL this I will be dreaming about

Sea Side Subs is the perfect little spot by the beach. The place was super clean and tidy the moment I walked in, which made the whole experience even better. I ordered the Beachcomber, and it ended up being the best turkey sub I have ever tasted. Fresh, flavorful, and made just right. If you want a delicious sandwich with a relaxed beachside vibe, Sea Side Subs is definitely worth checking out.

This was my third time giving Seaside Subs in Deerfield Beach a chance and it is officially my last. I grabbed another chicken cutlet sub and immediately regretted every decision that led me there. The oil they use is so heavy that I felt bloated for hours and could actually taste it long after the meal was over. Not in a good way.
If you value your stomach and the rest of your day, stay away from the chicken cutlet sandwiches. Three tries was more than generous. I’m tapping out.

This spot is by far the best sandwich in the area. I’m a huge fan of their hot and cold sandwiches and I highly recommend the fancy Italians and their chicken Parmesan. Actually, anything they make is pretty incredible.

BEST subs in all of Florida!!! Try their homemade chicken cutlet subs - my favorite is the chicken parm which is made with vodka sauce - absolutely DELICIOUS. I recommend ordering ahead online to pick-up because they do get quite busy for the lunch hour, rightfully so. This is a true locally owned gem. They have dine-in seating as well if you like. I recommend picking up a sub on the way to the beach for a picnic - you won't regret it!

Nice people, beautiful Store and great food, that pretty much says it. But I'd like to address something else, the horribly nasty and disgusting people that leave a one star review because their DoorDash driver was late or no one was standing at the door with bag in hand when they showed up to pick up their order. I thought reviews were based on the food, it is absolutely refreshing to see an owner finally speak his mind and try and not be so politically correct with these horribly nasty individuals. We all know that you just can't please some people no matter what you do, trust me I know, I have an ex-wife like that.🫣
