Visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this sandwich spot and I couldn't be happier that I did. The Boardwalk might be the best sandwich I've ever had. You can taste the quality ingredients and care that went into the sub. Interacted with the nicest gentleman behind the counter. 10/10, no notes.

The subs are incredible - so good I stopped on the way to the airport to bring one home to my husband in Buffalo. The owner was genuinely kind and welcoming. Amazing food and even better service. Highly recommend!

Leaving review, before coming in to try! Lol. Sounds amazing. I emailed them to ask about their turkey. They replied super quickly, saying this: we buy RAW turkey breasts, we season them in house , and then cook them in house, every day.
Huge fan of this place and come here often with my coworkers for lunch. I can never get tired of the Surfing Ceaser. Very kind staff and overall great spot for lunch.

I can't tell you how long we've been waiting to try this place and it never works with our schedule. Well today was the day Sunday 11:30 a.m. perfect timing I think the owner Andrew was alone and we had the SunburntItalian and it was so delicious and flavorful with the peppers, and the meat just felt so fresh and amazing. Now I think we want to come back more than ever LOL this I will be dreaming about

Sea Side Subs is the perfect little spot by the beach. The place was super clean and tidy the moment I walked in, which made the whole experience even better. I ordered the Beachcomber, and it ended up being the best turkey sub I have ever tasted. Fresh, flavorful, and made just right. If you want a delicious sandwich with a relaxed beachside vibe, Sea Side Subs is definitely worth checking out.

Seaside is amazing . We order at least twice a week. Food is always fresh and subs are very large . Andrew is always very accommodating my wife is very picky and he always gets her order perfect .
