I’m a local and I don’t know what took me so long to try this place. The sandwiches are great, the staff is amazing, and it was super hot out so they helped me and my puppy cool off. I totally recommend this shop! Will 100% be back!

No joke, I believe this is the best subs shop in the Boca area. I know there are some excellent places and people have their favorites, but the drive to Deerfield is worth it! Tuna (all varieties and the spicy is insane if you like spicy) and the chicken cutlet subs are all outstanding. Great bread. Again, worth the drive.

By far the best sub shop in Deerfield Beach! They care about their quality and it shows. Tons of great creations to choose from with incredible combos that enhance the flavor. The chicken cutlet / chicken parm subs are fresh real chicken they are using from right then! Absolutely magnificent food. You have to try Seaside subs!

We usually love going to Laspadas but today we didn’t want to make the trek out there so we decided to try Seaside Subs and WE ARE SO HAPPY WE DID! They are better than Laspadas and closer! Service was also top notch and gentleman making the subs was very nice. 100% recommend!
