I am writing to express my shock and frustration regarding an experience I recently had at your establishment. I am a loyal customer who visits multiple times a week after the gym, and what I witnessed was completely unacceptable.
During my visit, I observed an employee scooping visibly rotten bananas into my smoothie. Concerned, I asked whether the bananas were still good. The response I received was alarming — the employee stated that she did not know if they were good and that there was nothing she could do. This is an extremely concerning response when it comes to food safety.
What made the situation worse is that there was a fresh batch of bananas clearly available, and when I asked if one of those could be used instead, I was flatly told no. There was absolutely no attempt to resolve the issue or show any care for customer health or satisfaction.
On top of this, the employee’s attitude was dismissive, negative, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. As someone who frequents your business, I found this entire experience upsetting and honestly disturbing. No customer should have to question whether spoiled food is being served, nor should they be treated with such indifference when raising a legitimate concern.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in your establishment. I strongly urge management to address both food handling practices and customer service standards immediately.

I haven’t had Smoothie King in forever so I randomly decided to stop in at this location. Lauren was so helpful with the menu. she was also very friendly and I ended up getting an Angel Cake smoothie after she recommended it. So good and I’ll definitely go out of my way to come back here again.
