I went last week, it was 20 minutes before closing time, I ordered a hot chocolate and two very attentive girls served me. And today, on November 11, 2025, at 7:46 pm, a girl refused to make my hot chocolate, saying that there were only 20 minutes left until closing. There are people who don't want to work, so they should give their place to someone who does.

Luisa is the rudest person. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I went to buy one of the new holiday cups and the price tag was not on it. She was going to guess and use another price from a different cup. I looked up on the website for her the actual price (which was her job but I didn’t mind helping). She was very rude through the whole interaction. I will not go here again. I asked for a supervisor and she was even more unprofessional. Corporate needs to know about their employees and have them take a customer service training. Luisa got loud with me yelling at me in front of my son. I am appalled how she treated me. Don’t go to this Starbucks!

I live in the area and come here a lot, especially since they have EV charging at the target where this Starbucks is located. Unfortunately, it never opens on time nor has the coffee ready when they finally do. The staff is very slow about making the drinks and looks miserable to be there.

Visited this location while visiting Florida and shopped a little in Target. As a visitor I did not know their hours (it was 7 pm) so I asked if they were still open as it was empty and only one girl working, her reply was “sadly “. That was a good indicator this was not going to be the most pleasant visit. I made small talk trying to change her “could not care less “ attitude and was mildly successful. The café was alright, could have filled the cup but with the bad attitude I just took my café and left. Please hire staff who enjoy their jobs and working in the service industry.
