Theres a guy named Donald that works at this store and he is awful - talking on the phone while he’s making our sub, using stale/hard bread and barely putting any veggies - I understand portions but he is ridiculous with the meager amount he adds, he acts like they pay him in toppings - I promise for all the pennies he’s saving in food cost this location is losing money when people see he’s the one working and go eat somewhere elseXander and Kadeem on the other hand are awesome and the only reason I ever eat here - both super friendly, attentive and they make beautiful food - They should be promoted (or at least given a raise) and Donald should be fired for being a terrible person

Every time I have gone into this Subway a young man by the name of Xander has been there to take my order. He is an outstanding example of great customer service, friendliness, professionalism. Subway is very fortunate to have him. I will be back because of the great service. Thanks Xander for being a great human!

Had a $hitty experience tonight at this location. 1st off the girl came off annoyed and seemed rude that my wife and I came in around 8:30.My wife's sandwich was ok being that it was just turkey and cheese but I ordered a toasted meatball footlong and ended up with nothing but this sauce slop, she wrapped it up to keep it from falling apart like she was sending a fragile package to Europe. There was only two meatballs on each end of the sandwich with the rest of it being sauce and the toppings I asked for, even though I asked for it to be toasted it still literally fell apart like uncooked pizza dough when i tried to pick it up to eat due to all the sauce on it...Now ofcourse,this location is now closed for the night so by the time I got back home it was too late to take it back to get it remade or refunded... I literally had to eat a sandwhich with a fork and knife just so I could have some kind of dinner before heading to work. The girl that made our sandwiches was obviously in a rush to close and leave for the night and this was the result ! I would highly choose a different location to spend your money where the people working there care a little more about preparing the food they provide or you could end up with something like this...smfh

Xander is the greatest asset to this location. Not only was he courteous, attentive, respectful, and most definitely superior to any other representative that I’ve dealt with here at this location for the last 15 years. His energy is unmatched even when it was busy, and his hands were tied! From walking in to his warm greeting to leaving. Hands down one of the best experiences so far!

Had a need for a quick brunch sandwich, stop in, I like clean restrooms and it was, made it easy to enjoy my food, to my surprise my classmate works here and made me an awesome sandwich mix, Tuna with the sweet onion teriyaki chicken, I wanted something new I asked her to mix it, she told how and She fixed the BEST TUNA/CHICKEN SUB, thanks Mary, I was in a hurry but, 1 bite made me slow down and enjoy 6 inch of it, and save the rest that I enjoyed for dinner later, this will be a go to for me when I'm Deerfield on Federal Hwy., Go Bucks / BUCK PRIDE.

The store was the worst SUBWAY I've ever been to. I waited a while for someone to respond to me, and the guy who claimed to be the only owner was enjoying his soda right next to me. He even asked me what I was doing. Come on, am I supposed to buy toilet paper from you?

Worst Subway we've ever been to. The man working could not remember what he was told. We couldn't understand what he was saying and visa versa. We had a hard time finding the meat in the steak and cheese or the turkey club.

They only have 1 person servicing and the cookies are not fresh. I think its possible they just leave the cookies there until it's sold.

Welll...I went to Subway at 8pm on a Tuesday. (They close at 9pm) and the open sign was on. We went inside and all food items were covered. There was one person that was working and she stepped from the back and said there was an issue with the cash register and to come back in 30 min. I could be wrong but didn't seem genuine. The impression I got was it was very slow and she closed up early..
