This Subway location is extremely unclean. The counters and prep area didn’t look like they had been wiped down, and I even saw mold on the meatballs. That was the biggest red flag for me — there’s no excuse for food being served in that condition. The staff didn’t seem concerned when I pointed it out, which made the situation even worse. I left without eating because I didn’t feel safe. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone until they get their cleanliness and food safety together

I ordered a cinnamon prestzo, this is what I received. The place was empty, there was no one there, there were 2 employees and they were talking. I ordered mine and when I received it, I asked the employee if it was cinnamon and sugar, and she said yes, and that it had cinnamon. I thought maybe the cinnamon was thick in the dough, but no, it had neither cinnamon nor sugar. I thought about going and complaining, but it's deplorable to waste my time because I've already lost the money. Terrible.

Asked for the meal of the day the older man who was working didn’t ask me what kind of cheese what veggies, toasted or not served me and charged me $14 for 6’ meal of the day despite asking for meal of the day. I didn’t argue because he was an older man but ridiculous, never coming back

I went to this subway 07/07/25 12:00pm for lunch with my husband the old lady that was on that shift made us feel very uncomfortable even down to taking our money it was a problem.!! Very unpleasant.!

I bought two sandwiches. The girl did not want to work and had a terrible attitude. She should never have served this bread. It’s old and hard absolutely terrible. I didn’t find out till I got home. waste of money I will never go there again. I wanted roast beef sandwich. She said they were out of roast beef.

I'd like to start giving many compliments to the girl behind the counter. What an amazing customer service!! She truly had the skills to be the face of any company. She was super kind and professional. I ate there on Friday May 31st/2024 on the afternoon. This girl was on point, she absolutely knew what she was doing. Please give her a raise, she is a 100% keeper!! If I have the chance I will take her to my company quick!! I don't remember the last time I received such incredible service. The food was great and the place is comfortable for eating and spending time. I'm so sorry I couldn't get her name, because she deserve to be praised and recognized by name really. I'll be coming back to this location as long as she is there.

Worst Subway I've ever had the despair of ordering something! I placed an order through Uber eats, they accepted my order, never prepared it and simply closed the store after making me wait 40 minutes for my order! Worst service possible!

I went to store & both employees wudn't accept the standard common coupon of a ft long for 5.99. She said her machine wudnt accept it. No explanation & no comment when I said a diff subway just accepted coup last week. The girl that prepared our sub was very unfriendly. They were also out of 9grain bread. They also didn't cut the sub in half all the way - I had to go back. I mentioned all of this to 2 different depts at subway corporate office & also asked for a call back, but noone at corporate off contacted me back.

I ate a meatball sub. Within 30 minutes after I ate it . I had chills and felt dizzy . My wife took me to urgent care . It was food poising.Will be giving emergency room visit to my attorney. Will post results.Very poor customer service. I own a business. They are terrible. I'm surprised health inspection has not closed them !
