Hollandaise was really bechamel. That's okay. It was good, but not hollandaise.
Struggled for mediocre service. Bad and worse could describe the 2 gritty waitresses.

Been a customer of Chef Sylvain for 30 years. He is the chef and thr food is wonderful BUT his wait staff is horrible. They know nothing about customer service and after yesterday i wont be back. Having to wait 15 minutes to order because the waitress doesnt know the new computer is not acceptable especially when she never looked up or acknowledged me. I tipped her 30% to show her that’s all about the customer!!! Sorry sylvain, i wont return
