I’ve been here a few times and tonight was the worst experience. Items were missing. The chips and tortilla shells were stale. I will not be returning to this location. I rather drive the extra 5-10 minutes for a better location

Wild someone can own an establishment and never check in to notice nobody here actually works. 3 people on their phone. 35 minutes for 3 tacos. And 50% of all sodas out of stock.

The Kiosk ordering system really blows. There was no one at the counter to help when the "machine" would not accept my credit card. My wife finally got someone's attention. When the order was bagged, no drinking cups were provided. Unbagging the food, it was short one item. Again, my wife had to go back to the counter for assistance. The store was exceptionally clean, no one else was here. Go figure. The food items were typical. Individually wrapped. Nothing really at serving temperature. Chips were marginally stale. We ate everything, so I guess I can't really complain.
The girl working the windows was very rude. When I pulled up she came to the windows a minute later. Throw it open and said unkind we don't have any season fries. So what you want? I wanted my money back, but she didn't even give me a chance to say that she goes, you want another taco just the same. So I just got a third taco that I will not be able to eat. Poor poor service

I watched the guy making tacos dig through the garbage today and start making tacos afterwards without changing his gloves. He then tries to argue with me for pointing that out. The drive thru employee and another cook had to tell him to go in the back.
Don’t go to this Taco Bell it’s literally the worst service and worst order you will ever receive ! My first time I went got a chalupa Meal I only received one lol like lost as shit and had happen a second time again thought maybe it was just that one day . Today I got 12 pack cinnamon balls got only 7 of them and they were burnt and dried out as you can imagine and then ordered the new chicken taco sandwich they literally gave me a chicken taco when I asked they had no idea what I was talking about .its all over the commercials I don’t understand how they made me look stupid . This place is a total mess I wrote them on Facebook and was told I would receive a gift card for the mistake for the first issue month ago that was in 7 to 8 bussiness days it’s been a month now and I have got nothing . Trust me don’t go to this location it’s not worth it no matter how bad you want Taco Bell this location will make you regret it .
