WOW! Came here for a quick late night bite and the customer service and team on shift was out of this world amazing! It really takes so little to make someone's day, and believe it or not, the charisma and energy that radiated off of the crew tonight was enough to turn my bad day around. The person specifically who was extra special was the person at the drive through window. I wish I had asked for their name for an appropriate shout out. On top of this, each of the items I ordered were made to complete perfection. 10/10 visit tonight. Will be back!

Do not, I repeat DO NOT go to this location. I ordered on the app and I went to the store to pick up. Went out of my way to go to this Latin because the closer taco bell didn't have a menu item. I pull up and tell them I have a mobile order, the girl on the headset (who spoke very broken English and could barely understand her) said they didn't have the order and I should wait 10 minutes to see if it comes thru. I said excuse me, I ordered 15 minutes ago and have a confirmation on my app the order is ready. A gentleman came thru and said pull around. I got to the window and the guy asked me what the name was. I told him and he said to the girl, it's right here, he handed me a bag abs a box which is what our usual order is. I said I'm missing my drinks, DRINKS and she handed me a single drink. I said it was 2 diet Pepsi, she responded OH, I get home only to see that the girl gave me the completely wrong order. No chance I was driving another 15 minutes to get it corrected. I mean how difficult does it have to be. Rant over. Don't go there
This location is great for a quick bite. We usually order through the app and pick up at the drive through. Only problem is if you have a big order. They like to smash everything into boxes. Don't enjoy that at all!

Call me old fashioned, but at least give me the option of making my order with someone at the counter. You can only order using a touchscreen at this location. Also, give me the option of a paper receipt. The only choices were text or email. Corporate cost cutting will cost you.

First impression, no cashier, only kiosk. Understand that it is hard to find employees, can overlook this. The staff that was there said not a word to any of the guests. The floors, chairs and tables were dirty, the napking dispensers didn't work. The unsweetened ice tea was a tad bit sweet, with little flavor. On the whole unsatisfying. Maybe if it was more inviting there would have been more than 3 people in the restaurant on a Friday evening.

Nobody answered the drive thru. It was 8:15. I circled around and tried again to no avail. I was there at the same time the morning before and they were open but completely screwed up my order.
Best chicken quesadillas in town. Always straight to thr point and never fails. Go to place when you are starving because of fast service. Must go

Drive thru workers are completely rude and unprofessional my rolled chicken tacos where literally burnt hard as a rock I clearly asked for no beans n my burritos due to my child being allergic yet the still felt the need to put extra beans on the food luckily I always check her food before I give it to her so help me if she would have ate it you all would be seeing me in court get your restaurant under control this is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to in a while

Literally the worst location. Drive to west Boca for better service. The drive thru employee’s are miserable, act inconvenienced by having to take your order. The male had his stomach hanging out everywhere, totally disgusting and unprofessional. In addition, they forgot part of my order and sauces I paid extra for. I had to pull back around, and then the same employee acted completely annoyed for by it…will not return. Going downhill.
