**Absolutely delicious!**
The special summer menu has arrived like a little culinary vacation—full of à la carte treasures just waiting to be devoured.

But don’t get too cozy—it’s a seasonal guest and, like summer itself, it won’t stick around forever.

The atmosphere? Très chic! It brings to mind a cozy corner of a Michelin-starred spot in France—minus the need for a passport or the pressure to pronounce *foie gras* perfectly.

Every dish, from the first amuse-bouche to the last dreamy dessert, is lovingly prepared by Chef Eric, whose French magic is unmistakable. The service? Smooth, attentive, and just fancy enough to make you feel like someone switched your life to the gourmet setting.

Food was tasty and delicious, unfortunately they brought our foie gras with a plastic wrap. At least two people see the dish before presenting it on the table. When told them about the issue there was no attempt to correct the issue, only a quick I am sorry. The service was very slow and unimpressive, the place had very poor lighting and the turn off every table lamp if the are not in use. For $32 dollars apetizer, they could at least take off the bill.

We had an unforgettable experience at Tradition! Chef Heinz and his team anticipated our arrival, had us seated & offered champagne within minutes. Every single bite was out of this world. My group & I love to share so I got to try almost everything; not a single crumb was left behind. The duck was exploding with flavor & the snapper was prepared to perfection. I cannot say enough about how delicious the food was. I was also very impressed by the wait staff; clearing tables, taking orders, & pouring wine/water like pros. Chef made his rounds to every table before playing on the piano for us, what a special way to end the experience. One tiny note: this is just my opinion and I believe they did the best they could but I think this operation deserves a bigger & better location/space that aligns with the quality of the food. I believe with more space they could easily do 150-200 covers a night. At the same time, I appreciate the cozy yet luxurious vibe of this smaller restaurant. I’ve told so many friends about this place and I can’t wait to revisit. Thank you for an extraordinary culinary experience.

They always serve an outstanding meal. Some of my favorites are the Caesar Salad, Duck, Lamp Chops, & the Filet Mignon. There scalloped potatoes are from heaven.

I have been here many times and it never fails to amaze me from the appetizers, to the entrees, to the dessert. Everything is cooked to perfection and the atmosphere is incredible. The chef came out at the end of the night to play piano and a gentleman decided to join by signing and the atmosphere and service could not be better.

Food was excellent!!! Escargot, duck, all prepared impeccably, and as good as any we've had in France. Restaurant was loud, food takes quite a while to prepare, no cocktails, wine only, and servers seemed stretched. Go for the food, but the totality of our dining experience was a little disappointing.

No question the food is absolutely excellent, prepared from scratch, and cooke when ordered..

My only complaint is that on a good night the kitchen is slow; on a bad night the long wait time for dinner is excruciating.

This is a must-visit restaurant for anyone who loves French food and appreciates a talented chef. Authentic is a word that applies to every aspect of Tradition. The food, the atmosphere, the service will make you think you are in Paris. The escargot was fabulous, with the garlic/herb/butter mixture in the shell light and flavorful — as good or better than any I had in Paris not too long ago. A Caesar salad was fresh and light with thin Parmesan wafers that served as croutons and added just the right amount of crunch. For the main course half crispy duck with Bing cherry sauce and gratin potatoes was flavorful, perfectly cooked, just fabulous. Of course we had to have an order of pommes frites for the table and they were lcrispy and flavorful. The owners of Tradition, including chef Eric Heintz, are French. Chef Heintz is a true artist creating memorable dishes. (He was a sous chef previously at a 2-star Michelin restaurant in Switzerland. His other credentials are impressive but it’s what he puts on the plate that is of the highest level.) The service was great, attentive and efficient. And as an extra bit of quirky charm that was reminiscent of dining in Paris, late in the evening Chef came out from the kitchen (stopping at every table to ask if everyone was satisfied) and played two songs on the Baldwin upright piano, including one from the movie Amelie! If you love French food this is a spectacular restaurant. (Dessert photos including, light and delicious apple tart plus airy tasty Napoleon.)
