Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I came to get a smoothie before work and I was treated very poorly, I was not greeted and the cashier (Jasmine) was very rude. She acted like she didn’t want to be at work. I can go to McDonald's and get better customer service than that, this will be my last time coming there.

The employee working at 8:50am Nov 21 was so incredibly kind and nice. Such a pleasant experience and amazing smoothie and food. She made my morning! Thank you so much will be back again!!

I love coming to this Tropical Smoothie location because it's right off the highway, whenever I'm in the mood for my usual Detox Island Green 💚

This location is consistently reliable due to its service, location, and the freshness of its fruit. Every employee is quick with their orders, and the ripeness of the fruit keeps my smoothie delicious.

The inside of this location is also pretty large to handle a large number of customers.

The smoothies here from this location are pretty solid!

The fruit is always fresh and the location is just off of I-95 so I can grab my smoothie on my drive.

Of course I got my usual: Detox Island Green 💚
The employee making the smoothies was really nice and greeted me with a smile 😁

This location is always clean and the atmosphere is quiet.

My only issue is that they never used to charge for substitutions and now they do. 🥲

Mango smoothie was okay. Like a lil bland but not bad. Like not awesome but still enjoyable. Employees very nice. Would return probably, but I dont know what the future holds. I don't think any of us really know what's in store for us. But we must carry on, for there is no other life to live except the one we have now. If you want a smoothie and live close enough then you can go I guess. But you don't have to I can't really tell you what to do. And even if I could I wouldn't specifically command you to go get a smoothie. Its up to you really.

Cashier Jassmine was completely rude she acted like she didn't want to be there and kept rolling her eyes. Pete the manager was saying inappropriate things to his employee in front of guest I was completely uncomfortable for them the girl looked as if she was afraid of him. Hopefully they are in an safe environment. Pete gives creep vibes.

I’ve been coming to this location for some months no. I’ve never had a problem until Jasmine started working there, her customer service skills sucks she has no professionalism in fact she act like she doesn’t want to work. Today my açaí bowl had hair in it and when jasmine was asked to make me another one she had an attitude and basically said there’s no hair in the bowl. I don’t know if I’ll be returning back to this location and I think I’ll be taking my services elsewhere.

Had an issue with another location that refused to honor my app pickup order that was mistakingly sent here instead of my usual close store to my house. I spoke to the manager Peter and he was able to help and resolve the issue. This location knows and values good customer service. Thanks Peter!

Zaire and Lulu were AMAZING! DoorDash canceled my order, after I had already been charged and the ladies were great and friendly with having it ready at my arrival after the driver literally walked out without my order. They went above and beyond with communication, understanding, and kindness. Will definitely be making this my new home location! Thanks again, Ladies!!!

Rude staff and they don't have café lol

To be honest I’m tired of tropical smoothie. This goes for the whole franchise itself. I have a lot to say but my main thing I want to say is can you please make a functional app I’ve been trying to use it for over a year I ended up deleting it. I want rewards and points and order ahead but the app never works and they never answer the phone. I can’t call to place an order ahead of time. I don’t have time to walk in. And some for your employees have been extremely passively rude to me. I’m tired of it I pay your company money. I’ll take my business elsewhere where like planet smoothie or smoothie kings app works great..

Love the Tropical Smoothie Cafe! Fresh smoothies, tasty sandwiches, and a vibrant atmosphere! 🌴🥤

We drive out of our way to come to this location for specific smoothies we like from here. They were out of ingredients, so little disappointed they didn't have what we drove there for. Ordered something we've had previously and the flavor was watered down and the ice was hardly blended. Service was nice but the quality of the food was disappointing especially because we spent about $22.00. Might have to find a another location closer to home.

Make sure you Ask for double scoops for your smoothie, I watched them make my smoothie and they literally add a tiny teaspoon scoop of everything. Not even a heaping amount. I had to ask them to put more of each ingredient. I don’t want a diet smoothie… not bad but just cheap with the ingredients. It won’t hurt to add 2 scoops of peanut butter come on ...

I was working 2 contracts and famished so I popped into Tropical Smoothie Cafe for the Acai bowl. Delicious ! The fruit was fresh and the acai was awesome. The two staff members were friendly and helpful. The storefront was clean and bright ! Great lunch that gave me the energy to get through the remainder of the exhausting work day.
Highly recommend Tropical Smoothie Cafe !!!
