I live in STL but traveled down for work and found this place and had to try! Still thinking about the spicy pepperoni pizza we got during a free night! So good! Also the reviews and responses give me a good laugh! Can't wait to come back!

This is the best pizza around! Coming from an Italian family in New York I know a good slice of pizza when I have one! It is the perfect balance of crunch, flavor, and texture! Seriously everything you are looking for in a good pizza. Plus the owner is the real deal! Cool guy. I get this pizza every time I go to the beach, with a garlic knot on the size (also delicious)! Sitting inside and outside right on A1A! The bomb!

I got the gf pizza it was pretty good not the best not the worst. The gf pizza was 17$. It took about 10 mins to get our food. The place wasn't very decorated I feel it needed more decor. 3/5.

Went there on the eve of putting my dog down, ordered the pizza and went to bring the car closer, while my wife and kids stayed at the outside table with the dog. The employee was extremely polite to my family brought the pizza out and made sure they didnt need for anything. The pizza was some of the best pizza I’ve had in Florida since moving out of NY. My only issue is that it’s not on my way home from work!!!!

Tried it a few months ago, was disappointed. Ingredients simply did not taste fresh. Was willing to try again and ordered a few days ago. Somehow it was even worse than the first time in addition to terrible customer service. Definitely won’t be returning.
I was a massive fan of Umberto’s pizza. I personally believed their Grandmas pizza was the best pizza in south Florida. I was upset to see that it was no longer Umberto’s and the pizza did not live up to the way it was before. It really was the only reason I chose Deerfield beach over other places. Disappointed I can’t eat my favorite pizza anymore.

Best Pizza I’ve had since moving to South Florida, the Sicilian is top tier… I moved here from Pittsburgh a year ago, this is what pizza is like up North. Just try it, you will not be disappointed. It’s a slice of NY in a tropical paradise. Customer service 10/10. The owner is super cool, and the pizza is amazing. Highly recommend 🔥

Food is average and the owner has the kind of personality no one wants to be around. He’s truly obnoxious. Everyone knows that Italian-themed persona that needs to be unpleasant and loud to feed their ego. That’s him. Take his advice from his responses to other reviews, and go anywhere else. Bad food, or even no food, would be preferable to a contained environment him. There are plenty of Italian restaurants and pizza places with great food (irrespective of his irrelevant opinion) who don’t come with his attitude.
