Absolutely THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! I waited for over 10 minutes at the drive through (and I got there around 9:35pm). When I finally got to the drive thru window, the chick at the window jumped down my throat, saying that I was the only one who complained. Meanwhile she kept going on and on about how she is only one person and I could have come inside to order. I will NEVER order here again, and I WILL be calling to speak to a manager tomorrow! ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!!!!!!!!!

I went in to the Wendy’s location on Hillsborough Boulevard this afternoon around 4 PM. I ordered a biggie bag and we’re using my app to click on you. Get a free any size drink along with the five dollar purchase. I kept clicking on the app on this offer and App kept saying oops oops oops. The representatives at Wendy said there’s nothing they can do. That’s the problem not theirs even the manager. Jose was quite rude and said he can’t do anything about it. Oh well.
I find a customer service would be horrendous and very poor and disappointing. I will never go back to this Wendy’s again.
If you are ever forced to go to this Wendy’s, always check your order before you leave the drive-through line because there is a 99% chance that it will be wrong or missing something. I don’t know how this location is still in business.

My kids love going to Wendy's, according to them they have Sponge Bob Krabby Patties lol. I give it a 10 because the variety of drinks in the self-service restaurant is really good! There's parking and it doesn't take long for your snack to be ready!
Vegetarian options: The chicken thing is great..!
Kid-friendliness: Yes, I highly recommend taking your children there...!

Waited for over 1 hour in the drive thru only to have their crack head employee look me in the eye and asked me what I ordered again.. asked me to go park and never brought the food out. Completely forgot I existed. Never brought my food out and it was after hours and all the doors locked. After 1 1/2 hours I left. I felt like an idiot waiting that long. Being Short staffed would have been an upgrade to that dead awful service.

So I came at 1:20 am trying to get some food. The women at the window told me not to snatch her phone out of her hand after saying “I heard you the first time”. I will never come back to this Wendy’s. Whoever was working the drive through microphone deserves to be fired if she doesn’t wanna deal with her own job. Disgraceful. Nobody should ever be employed with such disgusting morals. You asked for this job. Do it.

Missing items, my fries and chili. Burnt, never frozen hamburgers. Sure they just leave it on the grill until it’s burnt and sells. Wendy’s used to be so much better!!
