A lady with long hair that looks like the manager was yelling at all employees, mistreating customers. She obviously does not know how to treat people or manage nobody. The experience was the worst with any fast food restaurant. She gave our order to an UBER driver who came back to the store and then tried to give it back to us. When we complained, she started screaming at us. This person should not be working here. We lost our money and left the placed without food because she refused to help us. How Wendys can have people like that working for them. We will not buy food here anymore. I called customer service and they told me because it is a mobile order, there is nothing we can do for you.

Today I came for a meal, no one answered the speaker, and when I got in .to the window, these attendant with her tongue pierced, don't know how to do customer service. Worst attitude ever. With out saying hi or nothing g she just asked what I ordered. That's when I ask if the speaker its working because no one toke my order, then she just asked: what do you want, which I said a chicken sandwich, her answer was: ahhhhh?That's when I decided to go to McDonald's.

So I recently got into trying salads from different restaurant's. I decided to finally try Wendy's Cobb salad and boy was I impressed. For under 10.00 I was able to get this fully packed salad that I was able to separate into two different lunches. The chicken and bacon were cooked to perfection and the lettuce was nice and fresh. The ambiance there is very chill and casual. The workers are always pleasant which makes me want to go back over and over again. I'm very big on customer service, and let's just say they understand the assignment lol. Will def be back.

I ordered my burger, I asked for ketchup for my fries and they told me that right at that moment they had run out, how is it possible that a restaurant that sells burgers doesn't have ketchup???
