Terrible. Can apparently never package my wings whenever I order without grease in my package an overloading amount at that like I’m trying to feed Africa with the amount of grease that comes with my wings.

Service is absolutely horrible! Phone orders taken over walk-ins. Shelly is rude and unprofessional! When asked about order that stated it was ready in the screen and removed she stated that didn’t matter and cleared the remaining screen. Meanwhile I’m still waiting after being told my order was ready but needed to be bagged. She grabbed her purse and proceeded out the door. I would not recommend.

Go to the creek location if you want to get what you actually ordered.

Gave these guys another chance after saying I would never support this place again and they reminded why immediately. Incorrect order, rude employees and poor service. Place should be shut down.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY NOR TIME, people need to stop patronizing this business just like they did with the neighbour's Chick fil a. Nasty food my wings were drenched in oil the bag had so much oil it came through the bag and transferred to my leather seats. The wings were not only drenched in cooking oil they were seasoned on one side. I called as soon as I arrived home and realized what I had been given Austin the manager said the oil in my car sear was not their fault. He referred me to general manager Donna who said she had to speak with someone else and call me back 3 weeks later still waiting on a call. Last night I went to the location by the promenade some delivery service providers said they pass that location to go to the promenade location because the customer service and food is awful in Deerfield on hillsboro rd, I couldn't agree more!

This place was doing so good for the longest. But my latest experience last week was horrible. They have KIDS running this store. There is no adult management controlling them. The food is undercooked and they are just so rude to adults of all ages. I saw it with my own eyes! Something needs to happen in this store or its not going to last. I'm not sure who they are hiring but they need cameras in that place.

DISGUSTED! PICKED UP FOR MY SISTER… EVERY WINGSTOP I TRIED PERSONALLY HAD BAD EXPERIENCES. IDK HOW PLACES LIKE THIS STAY OPEN AND ALLOW TO DO BUSINESS AND THE YOUNG GIRL BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS DISGUSTING AS WELL ! GET IT TOGETHER… MANAGEMENT AND OWNERS PROBABLY JUST AS BAD! YALL WILL PAY FOR IT IN THE LONG RUN! UNBELIEVABLE

They gave my large order to someone else. They said that they would remake it. They had me waiting over 25 minutes just to tell me that they don’t want to remake it anymore. I asked them what they want to do to resolve this issue. They refused to give me a refund. They also explained that it wasn’t their fault that they gave the order to somebody else. That it’s the person that they gave it to. Last I remember, a restaurant is supposed to confirm who they are giving the food to. So basically this Wingstop has zero accountability. There wasn’t an apology, there wasn’t an attempt to fix the problem that they created, nothing but straight attitude. I had to call my credit card company to fix this. What a shame.

Ohh 😮 why do we have to put a star smh ,no star 0, when I tell u this place care nothing for the customers ,I don’t know who trained these none chefs workers they can’t even make a chicken that’s already was precook 😂 & when I say I don’t will not ever buy here again nope 👎.we should have known first to look at the reviews..

Ive given this place multiple tries at all hours and it has been the same awful experience every time. I would highly recommend you never go here. It will shut down and have new ownership.
