Worst experience ever. I can’t believe what I went through. I wanted to gouge my eyes out. They took an hour to make my food then proceeded to make the wrong wings. Didn’t even offer compensation. Remade wings and still very unsatisfied. Wing quality 0/5. Would not recommend. Wouldn’t feed to my worst enemy

Have you ever wanted to wait 40 mins to get wings then proceed to get the wrongs wings and wait another 30 mins for them make new ones then ask what flavor you wanted again? This is the place for you! In a hurry the workers worked for an hour and 20 mins to make my half sauced wings to perfection!

Ordered 15 wings, said it would be 25 mins so I gave them 45. I go to the store and it wasn't ready, the manager said 6 more minutes I wait another 20 minutes and I get the wrong order, waited another 30 minutes to get the right order and they still forgot my fries. They should've paid me for the hour I was there. Drive the extra two miles to another wing stop, it's worth it.

I waited an hour for my order because they were taking forever and were more worried about to go orders then about the people sitting here and waiting for an hour, and it was absolutely freezing and smelt so bad. Please fire someone because this is ridiculous

I should have read the reviews!!!! Placed order online at 3:15. 16-21 min noted for food to be ready. That put us at 3:31-3:36. Arrived a little early ,so my son went in and waited ... Food was not ready until 3:55.No other location ever done this. I will go to another closest location , never again in there.

Love Wingstop but the Deerfield store is really dirty, a roach was on the wall and they got my order wrong had to wait over 30 min to get my order and they ran out of my favorite wing sauce Garlic Parm .. they need to clean that store

This location is my favorite they always take care of me and have good customer service. Just recently I was unable to pick up my food before they closed and they were able to remake it for me the next day.

The employees don’t want to work + they’re understaffed. They hire bottom of the barrel individuals who are rude and nasty as hell. I love wing stop, just not this one. They should close down or higher new management.

Worst wingstop I ever been to. I been here several times cause I live nearby, hoping that they would do better, but its a frustrating experience everytime. Food is never ready on time, employees always distracted, on the phone, etc. Stay away, go to Lyons wingstop if you can.
