Great spot, staff was friendly and helped me find their non-dairy options.

My first time here today Friday June 20, around 3:00 pm sadly the costumer service is not so friendly, the flavor of the yogurt is very good and creamy ❤️

I wish they have a better quality granola!! the granola is not a granola is oatmeal oats 👎

I love the yogurt there but this one particular girl is rude and standofish. She makes me feel uncomfortable. She makes me feel as if she’s watching me. If you want more customers you have to make them feel welcome.

The owner is so rude! The minute we walked in she was watching us definitely feel like she is racist and discriminates. We walked in looked at the flavors. The sign says ask for a cup to sample as we did so she came over and she was being so impatient and rude. Watches everything makes you feel very uncomfortable. The yogurt melted within a minute & overly soft. The toppings are stale and uncovered! Find another yogurt place!!

owner was rude and disrespectful. Even when we tried sampling the yogurt. She had an attitude with coming over and giving us the yogurt. then we had a coupon that she wasn’t letting us use that had her business on it and everything. we were just trying to use the coupon and by the time we walked out, our yogurt was melted, N come to the toppings everything looked stale, and old Especially all of the fruits, they all look old and frozen.

Never coming back here. Poor customer service, they discriminate against race. Asian lady had an attitude and last week a younger lady seem to have an attitude.

I hope the owner sees this post, I’m not trying to start nothing or anything of that but if you do not believe me look at the camera and see for yourself, I went tonight to just buy a drink me and three brothers we just got off playing soccer we didn’t do any wrong we wasn’t being rude wasn’t making noise or any of that, the second we get in the girl with the glasses not trying to discriminate anything but she looked Indian I didn’t get her name she didn’t want to talk to us to begin with at first I just she didn’t understand English so I point to what I wanted then I realized she was just being racist to us I promise you we did not do a thing wrong three other people walked in the were white the get their stuff and she left us standing literally right in front of her she served them first and they left mind you I payed way before she even made our drinks or anything I didn’t say anything I let it slide, after that I don’t know why she felt threatened by us or something she called her coworker to come assist her she got done making our drinks she just stood there checking to see if I actually pay for my stuff which I did right in front of her so I got mad I said some cursed word yes I did cause I was pissed she had no right to do that all I wanted to do was buy a drink that’s it, I shouldn’t feel this way because of my skin I’m 20 I didn’t say anything when I get in the store I said good evening to her she was js sitting in her phone looking at us weird, look at your camera to see if I’m lying or not, we pay for our stuff I really hope the owner sees this, because this isn’t right, no I don’t want her to get fired I don’t want nun of that I just want her to recognize what she did was wrong I am a human being I’m just black I was born like that I can’t change that, I’m not a bad person she shouldn’t have assumed so.

I recently visited Yogurt Ur Way in Deerfield Beach, and wow, what a treat! The frozen yogurt options are endless, and the toppings are super fun! The staff is friendly and really helpful, making the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!

froyo was quite delicious and i would recommend getting the cookie dough bite topping things as an add on. i only rated the atmosphere a 4 stars because it looked a little sketchy on the outside but inside it was pretty so dont judge a book by its cover
