4C BBQ Reviews
Anytime you have to ask for a steak knife to cut your brisket… You know it’s not gonna be very good. My brisket was so fatty and tough. It was disgusting. I told the waitress.. and she said no one else has complained. I found this hard to believe! It was recommended to me as a buffet. Inside there was a sign up that said it was indeed a buffet. One meat and two sides… $12.99 two meats and two sides $15.99. This was not the case. According to the waitress, they were trying...read full review
This was the most disgusting meal I've ever had, not just BBQ. The ribs and brisket were badly burned, the baked beans tasted like pickles, and the mac and cheese was likely past it's expiration. I would be surprised if the meth addict in charge of preparing the food has any experience with BBQ or the basics of cooking food for human consumption. The server was nice, but I would be ashamed to give a dog or rat this food. This place is a crime against humanity.
I had their sloppy brisket sandwich special. One of the best sandwiches ever, perfectly toasted buttered bread, plenty of brisket with just enough sauce and that pepper jack cheese put it all together on a beautifully master crafted blend of flavor and texture. Well seasoned crispy fries had to be finished even though I was full. The best part is they’re locally owned. Keep up the great work, can’t wait to go back.

4C BBQ is a must-visit spot known for its inviting cleanliness and friendly service. The sampler platter remains a hit with its delicious housemade BBQ sauce, while the Chicken Balls continue to be a surprising delight. Recently, a customer raved about the sloppy brisket sandwich special, describing it as one of the best sandwiches ever, with perfectly toasted buttered bread and plenty of brisket. The well-seasoned crispy fries were also a favorite, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to great food. Although a Georgia native found the ribs and pork decent, they noted that the pulled pork sandwich was a disappointment. Another customer enjoyed the chicken sandwich and praised the off-the-chain Mac & cheese, highlighting the great service they received during their class reunion. The restaurant offers live music sometimes, making it a perfect spot for enjoying food. Sweet potato fries are now a must-try, and the quesadillas for kids can be customized with protein options. However, a previous customer had a disappointing experience with the supposed prime rib Thursday, suggesting to avoid the steak due to its subpar quality. The restroom was not up to standard, but many customers commend the service and atmosphere. Overall, 4C BBQ continues to impress with its locally owned charm and dedication to quality.
