Old reviews were very negative. Some things must of changed. It is in the same lobby as a Dunkin, so maybe ice cream is an afterthought.

Went drive thru. Paid $20 for 2 small milkshakes and a medium milkshake. We had to pull up. Waited 10 minutes outside in the car. NO ONE WAS THERE! Just about the time I worked up a good mad I went in and they still wasn't ready. Just about the time I was going to ask for a refund the chick finally went out a different door headed the car where my hubby was sitting. The so called milkshakes were chocolate milk with chips of ice floating in them. They didn't have any thickness at all. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!

Stood there 22 minutes to be literally ignored. I worked customer service 22 years and so I was willing to be patient, but to be completely ignored for more than 20 minutes with only 4 customers total was a complete failure. It looked like there was only 2 ppl in the store all together which screams not only failure on mngmt, but also a severe security issue.

This five star review was earned by Coffey (the employee, not the drink.) It’s rare these days to find someone positive and ready to help who truly seems like they enjoy their job but Miss. Coffey made our experience great. It was a plus that the love potion, Cookie Monster, and Rocky road were delicious too!

Great stop on our road trip! The ladies working were nice and helpful. Delish choices but many were sold out. Clean and updated inside. Good parking. Great ice cream cake options available too. Downside, they were out of hot fudge and full sized spoons and some flavor tags were missing.

Y'all just need to close this place down. No bananas, no syrup toppings, no labels on which ice cream is which and staff doesn't know either. No cones, no this, no that. I'm sorry, but somebody needs to learn to order supplies. And you need to teach your staff to have a manager go to the grocery store and get bananas, for gosh sakes. And don't feed me the COVID bs line. All the other Baskin Robbins are stocked well. Oh, but let me guess, the mgmt doesn't even care. Look at the one and only picnic table on premesis. This is just pitiful. I'll never step foot back in this place again.

***BEWARE***Don't waste your time with this dirty, nasty place. It should be closed down by the health department. They're out of most everything. What they do have is old dried up nasty stuff that should be thrown in the trash. The employee even said it wasn't worth eating. It was nasty. We won't ever darken your doorstep again at this place. You should do yourself a favor and just close the doors so people don't come out of their way to be disappointed.
