Went in for lunch, service was slow considering the place was almost empty. My son got a kids cheeseburger and some Mac. He ate a few bits of his burger and said something was not right. After looking at his food I found that the paper that keeps frozen burgers separated had not been removed from the burger and a slice of cheese had been placed on top of the paper and melted. I brought this to the attention of my server as she went and talked to her manager. The manager did not come out and address the problem.Instead.He kept having the server.Come back to try to resolve the situation with us. I wish I would have got a picture but as soon as I brought it to the servers attention.She took the plate of food to her manager. I feel like the manager should have come out himself.And address the situation instead of putting his server in a comfortable situation to be the middleman. Needless to say , I will not be visiting this location again

ASK FOR HAILEY!! She’s literally the sweetest server I’ve ever met. Came in feeling really down and left laughing about everything. the food is also amazing especially the burger combo and steak fajitas. Absolutely LOVE this place 10/10 will come again!
