Been here for a couple days now so in fairness I'm judging over 3 days. Staff is polite, courteous and attentive. Food has been on par. Salads have been above average and specials are reasonable and enjoyable. Now, the other half....the manager(s) is/are failing at their job. The condition of tables, bathrooms, and general condition of the restaurant are well below what is reasonable. Cleanliness of male bathroom is ridiculous. No excuse. A deep clean every month fixes these issues. Empty kegs in hallway in customer view is low end. Bar liquor is poorly stocked. Titos gone....small selection of bourbon. I don't drink it, but Mich Ultra tap empty for 3 days. Showed up on a Sunday night and the staff was overwhelmed. Dirty glasses were 20 deep....staff was busting their butts, so a manning issue not a work ethic issue. If this is a franchise then their badge should be turned in. You can do better. Management issue.

Great food from the appetizers to the entree. The 25% off on Fridays for teachers is an awesome deal as well. Will definitely be back!

Beefs has gone downhill in the 25 years I've gone to them. Just when you think they can't get any worse, Bam! The service hits you in the face. If your looking for bad service and cold food then I highly recommend.
