This Burger King gets a one star from me not for the food or the service, but for the attitude the manager was giving the workers. It was very apparent that it was short staffed, but the manager did not need to constantly yell at the worker trying to help out. At one point she yelled at him and turned to us in line and tried to laugh. I understand that things can be very stressful, but there is no need to take it out on the workers helping the establishment run.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and a order of onion rings on 12/19/24 I asked for no lettuce and a little extra mayo.I pull up to the first window the gentleman there was rude and didn't say anything. I was like wow at the second window the second gentleman said pull up we are cooking your onion rings so I did there was a car already in front of me also waiting. I finally got my food and the chicken sandwich had so much mayo on it that the wrapper was covered it was so gross I couldn't even eat it and there was lettuce on it like they put it on and than took some off. The onion rings were so done they were hard as a brick I paid $10.25 for a meal that I threw away because it was totally disgusting. Looking at the recent reviews this place has a problem and it's definitely not getting attention. I will also contact corporate and encourage others to do so also. Don't waste your money go somewhere else.

I don't know what's going on with Burger King. I do know that I tried their corporate phone number, which rang once and then disconnected and I tried the email that they advertise for CS, and it's not any good.

This is not a good look for a cooperation this size.

I ordered something on the app and I've ordered it a few times before. It's kind of my favorite sandwich and when I went to pick it up I was informed at the drive through window that it's no longer available. Bear in mind that this item was on the online menu and is also still on all the signs at the store.

So I was informed by the lady at the DT window that I had to get my refund on the app. I asked why it's still available on the menu if it's not available to order and she yells out MANAGER! and a young man comes to the window and basically tells me there's nothing he can do, that I need to get my refund on the app.

So I went down the road to Whataburger to get my food, and while I'm sitting there waiting, I go on the app to try to find out how to get a refund. It's impossible ... that's when I tried the phone number and ultimately the email address that's advertised. No help. None of the information was correct.

So I called the store back. The same woman that waited on me at the drive through window answered the phone, and I started telling her that I wasn't able to find a route to get a refund and she said, "yeah, you have to get to refund through the app."

I said, well, I tried that, and I continue to tell her that I also tried the phone number and the email address and nothing worked and it was several seconds before I realized that she had hung up on me immediately after she spoke and I was talking to myself.

So that was a mistake because I had to go right by there to get home and needless to say, I laid rubber in the parking lot at Whataburger to get there ... expeditiously.

Long story short, the manager gave me a direct number for the district manager and she instructed the people behind the counter to give me a cash refund.

I got my money and I went on my way and my parting words were "I'm really sorry to see that sandwich go, because I really like it." I was still trying to avoid being a jerk, even though I felt like jerkiness was exactly what was needed.

It was then that he told me that the reason it's not available is because it's going to become a permanent part of the menu.

If that makes any sense to you all, you're gonna have to explain it to me.

There's nothing wrong with the quality of the food here but unfortunately even if there's only one car in front of you and drive through you will have to sit and wait for at least 10 minutes before they ever try to take your order for some reason and I've worked at a lot of restaurants this restaurant has the inability The complete more than one order at a time You're going to sit and wait until they have completely gotten finished with the other person before they ever take your order it's horrible Y'all need some help

Today is 12/01/24 and right now is 01:05 PM. This is, perhaps, the biggest display of incompetence I've ever witnessed in my life. The cashier had us waiting for 10 minutes in line while he was putting fries in a bag while there was another employee just standing there waiting for him to do it. The cashier could be helping us out in line while that same employee was loading up the fries herself. He then just stood back there with his arms crossed while we were all waiting in line. The kings Jr meal didn't come with a toy because they didn't have one and they were incapable of letting us know before we paid for it. That toy was the reason we came here in the first place. They offered an extra fries to make up for the toy and when we say we wanted a cookie instead, the blonde lady (same one that was standing there waiting for the fries) said they didn't have any. We pointed out there was a cookie right there on the counter and she said she couldn't give us that one without giving any reason. We then asked for honey mustard and she just started calling the manager while being rude. We're baffled how a place with this type of service is still up and running.

Didn't eat here. Just stopped to use the restroom from travelling. Filthy. Notified staff that the women's restroom had one toilet overflowing with toilet paper, as a courtesy. Restroom cleanliness is often an indicator on how clean the rest of the place is. Food for thought.

The food sucked tasted like absolute garbage staff was horribly mannered tater tots were like greasy boogers over fried lol of poop 💩 we tried soda it was way to carbonated ugh 😫. Needed to be cleaner but all in all garbage I normally like burger king but this time it was more like (burger slave)

I don’t know who owns this Burger King, but I am lead to believe that they must not like their businesses to be profitable. I went through Saturday morning at 7am, and there wasn’t a soul at the store. Store hours are on the door as 6am, and online. I wish the owner of this place cared about the place just a little.

This is not at all about the food & more about this specific BK. I went to Burger King yesterday for a door dash order and what I witnessed was so beyond unprofessional and uncalled for. They were obviously short staffed (it’s fast food ofc they are) and i would say decently busy. It was peak lunch time, most of the employees were clearly highschoolers with 2 of them being actual adults. One of the two adults were sky high on drugs and the other was i’m guessing the manager as she was YELLING at the younger employees over literally everything & slamming doors. She apologized to a family sitting in front of the door she slammed and at this point theres me, a guy behind me and a family all waiting to be helped. The guy behind me asked if they had anyone working front counter we had been waiting so long. Overall just a terrible experience from a little doordash. This is why no one wants to work fast food anymore. The way those kids were treated when they’re ones that showed up to work and are trying to keep things afloat was just horrible.

They're not using gloves as they fix the fries or fix the complete order they go from exchanging money from customers to straight fixing your food watch the cashier lady clean her nose with her shirt really ruined my lunch break

Unfortunately it's quite an old BK. The burgers are smaller than in Germany. I wouldn't have expected it in the USA. Quite a long waiting time. The new Fiery were not available. All in all disappointing but it's just the USA and like that everywhere. Double Whopper, 2 small double cheese and a mini wrap.

They are always out of 1-3 menu items. When they discontinue items it takes ages for them to remove the advertisement for limited time offers thus prompting customers to order something that is not available.
