Catering order recommendations!
I recently did a catering order from the Daly City location…was extremely displeased but learned my issues were isolated since Chick-fil-A is a franchise and each location operates differently. Below are some tips and pitfalls I encountered.
1. A good location will call to confirm your order 24 hours before. This is critical since time and location matter
2. Ask about your delivery options. I learned less than 10 minutes before my order was supposed to be delivered that “I did not achieve their minimum quantity for delivery so my order would be pick up only”
3. It is easy to mess up am and pm for your order (7:15am vs 7:15pm) so always double check
I will NEVER do a catering order from Daly City/Serramonte location. Customer service was horrible, did not work with me to resolve my delivery options, manager never called me back. Would have appreciated some concessions given all the trouble I encountered and scrambling at last minute

I was illegally recorded at Chick fil a in Appleton, Wisconsin, store #04225, on 4/8/25 at 5:40 pm, 4/9/25 at 9:59 am, & 4/11/25.
I know this sounds crazy, but unfortunately, it's 100 percent true. You'll see proof I'm being honest if you investigate the surveillance cameras during the above dates and times.
I was illegally recorded by all Chick fil a employees and managers using their cell phones and hidden cameras. Again, please see the cameras for proof.
Please investigate this yourself and escalate this to the FBI, because I've already contacted the Appleton Police Department, Outagamie County Sheriff's Department, and Wisconsin State Police about this. They all said they would look into it, but none seem to be taking it seriously.
I've been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer for years and I'm very upset about this. I do not want any free food offers or any monetary compensation. I just want the illegal recording to be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly please.

Meh. I guess you are a fan or not. First time. Wasn't that impressed. I do know people who LOVE it tho. The chicken on the sandwich was delish. The nuggets dry. Fries. Meh. Employees are first class!!!

This location doesn't have a playground. ?♀️
The atmosphere felt like a library, not the family restaurant we're used to. We'll most likely grab Del Taco next door the next time we come through.

We have stopped here a couple of times and everything has gone really well, but today they were a bit off their game. The order was incorrect. 1. My husband ordered mac & cheese and got waffle fries, which they provided when I told them. 2. I had to go to the counter a second time when I noticed they didn't include the ketchup on my order form. 3. Halfway through my sandwich, I realized they didn't put lettuce and tomato that I paid extra for. My husband got his. I was halfway through my meal now so didn't bother asking for it. I guess it's a good thing we didn't get our food to go. And it probably isn't the stores fault, but I tried ordering through the app and got an error every time I tried to pay. It was a huge waste of time.

My piece of chicken on the sandwich was tiny and burnt. A whole section of it was black and it had the wrong cheese on it. The sandwich bun was falling apart and disintegrating into my hand. The lady gave me only 5 sips of my drink. Chick fil A's quality and consistency is nonexistent.
