I recently did a catering order from the Daly City location…was extremely displeased but learned my issues were isolated since Chick-fil-A is a franchise and each location operates differently. Below are some tips and pitfalls I encountered.

We have stopped here a couple of times and everything has gone really well, but today they were a bit off their game. The order was incorrect. 1. My husband ordered mac & cheese and got waffle fries, which they provided when I told them. 2. I had to go to the counter a second time when I noticed they didn't include the ketchup on my order form. 3.
