Self service and employees wont even give you your drink cups while you wait inside. Absolutly the worst run Del Taco I have ever been to. Sad because their food is really good.

first del taco experience just took place as an impulse stop before a 10hr drive back to North Carolina. the location was not busy with dine in or drive thru, and this counts as the food was fresh, warm and put out the window in more than acceptable timing.
the employee working the window was communicative and even made sure what I ordered was what I was expecting to receive(first time customer, so that was extra helpful).
the employee working the hot side of the food presented well put together, well portioned, and honestly really delicious food.
not sure if this location has such low ratings from a past crew or what, but I was more than pleased.
I went inside to use the restroom before hitting the road and noticed a clean dining room, clean drink and condiments station, and clean rest rooms. this location deserves 5 stars in my opinion. thanks for a great first experience today.

I’ve been in the drive through in front of the order taking speaker for TEN MINUTES. So after close to 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru they also got my tacos wrong AND didn’t give me my change. It was only 2 cents but it does stick with the trend of them getting everything wrong start to finish. That’s absolutely ridiculous and not worth anyone’s time.
The staff makes the effort to personalize the service.

I came in here and it is so expensive there are mold on the walls and they took the ranch and they banged it on the dirty metal table and gave it to my friend I And you pay too much for just the little portions like $13 for a small taco and fries and a drink

Slow service. Under staff. Shake machine broken. Offered a different drink as a compromise. But that drink cost wise was not the same. I waited 15 minutes more to get this drink order. Not enough workers

Classic burritos aren't as being advertised. They are smaller than they normally are when they are supposed to be 1/2 a pound now which is even bigger than they used to be. Both of the same burritos not even made the same. Hardly any lettuce and cheese. Originally got one burrito with taco size portions. They added one scoop of chicken to that one. Bad customer service and attitudes. Not willing to fix any mistakes. Not using scales. Seems lazy. Fiance can't even use the bathroom without them coming to knock on the door five times over.
