Got 3 of the meal deals for $6 they said the croissants had just come out of the oven and weren't ready yet so I said the bagels would be fine got to my destination where I was going to eat mine and give one to a friend I also gave one to a homeless person and the hash browns were burnt and greasy and old The bagel was hard as a rock the egg and the cheese was okay but you all need to do better because there's a lot of competition around you. The lady at the window was pleasant and she's the only reason why I'm giving service the 4 stars. Wish that I got her name now but that was an afterthought.

Went inside and stood for over 5 minutes without as much of an acknowledgement other than a glance that told me I knew they knew I was there. Went to the bathroom came out and still nothing so I had to go through the drive through which had NO ONE in it just to get pulled up to a parking spot after ordering. When it finally came out, the bagel minis were completely cold, I had to walk back in for a straw, and my iced coffee was completely wrong a d undrinkable. This is by far the worst Dunkin I've been to so far. And I drove a long ways and could not wait to get my coffee just to be completely disappointed. Now I am having to drive another 30 minutes just to go to a different one. I wouldn't even give it a one star but it made me give something.

Cannot follow an order to save their lives. Way too much ice used even on a lite ice order. Coffee tastes old and burnt
Me and my husband had breakfast here. The pepper bacon croissants were awesome. Ive tried a couple different coffees. I think the caramel iced coffee is my favorite with a couple shots of sweet cream. Pretty clean place with friendly service. The parking was good but the drive-thru is very narrow

Order 6 glazed and 6 assorted donuts. Got all assorted very cold and stiff donuts. The girl was nice but the guy on the speaker sounded very depressed.i dont even bother with the coffee because its all wayyyyy to sweet.

Must of been a bad time since there was only one employee working at the time with one on break. They seemed swamped while handling ice cream with their bare hand. Over heard something about having to get everyone’s break done before 6pm. Sounds like management is a disaster and probably only cares about their bottom dollar in the expense of cleanliness and function. Waited longer than I’d like. Hope management reads this and provides better for the employees.

I visited Dunkin' for an iced coffee, but their system was down, which led to significant delays. While the service was understandably slow due to the technical issues, the coffee itself was up to the usual standard. It was a decent experience, but the wait time could have been better managed.
