We ordered a chocolate milk shake and a small ( 1 dip) chocolate sundae normally a chocolate sundae has like Hersheys chocolate syrup on it but this one had the HARD CRUNCHY CHOCOLATE! I broke the plastic spoon trying to chisel through the hard chocolate. Needless to say we will never again purchase anything from there again and they charged us $4.99 for 1 dip of ice cream covered in HARD chocolate.cant speak for the dunking part but the Baskin Robbins parts was awful ? ? ? ?

What can I say. There was no one in the store,but we had to wait 15 minutes because they kept taking drive-through orders because the drive-through time was being logged. Then they did not have waffle bowls, and we we told it took too much time to make them.

We are traveling back home, and just left this location. Ashley helped us with our order and was super sweet, patient and accommodating as we placed a large order. The coffee was fresh and delicious, and the donuts were amazing, the glazed donuts were made about an hour before we arrived! This was such a great start to our long drive back home. Thank you Ashley for your service, and most importantly your kindness. ❤️
