The food and service was great. We had a great experience.
Bleach blonde server with accent (Jo) yells at and treats customers like trash, getting dishwashers ( men ) to come to your table and yell at everyone and act like their gonna lay hands on you and likes to tell people they’re banned for no reason, also told me I’m not allowed to have my phone out in here, this place has gone way downhill, it use to be a great and fun place , now you pay for rudeness , and rascism
The cook line was a mess. No one knew what was going on. They sent out my dad’s food to someone else. My chicken fried steak sandwich was a frozen patty with ketchup. No gravy. When I asked for gravy and dumped it on my dry sandwich, it was straight cold as well. Our fries were cold. We sat and waited for over a half hour and watched our food sit up there getting cold for 10 mins. We asked for a dessert menu, while we were waiting, we had to ask 3 times. Ed's Restaurant is a great place to visit, offering home-style food. The burgers and shakes are absolutely amazing and the biggest, best burgers ever. The choice of potatoes is impressive, with different fries like tots, crinkle, regular and small tater wedges. The frozen treats for dessert are a nice touch. Although the service can be slow, the low prices and delicious food make it worth the wait. The people are as nice as you could ask for. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible, making it a convenient option for everyone.
