My order was supposed to be out for delivery at 8:30. It is now past 930. Used to really love, Hungry Howies, but y’all been slipping lately.
All just to find out they voided my order
We placed an order before 4pm for a 5:30pm delivery to our parents home. They are elderly and not having a good day so to make their night easier for them we called for delivery. At 6:30 pm their order had not been delivered and we called and were given an excuse they had incomplete info for delivery and they were short handed. Even though the info was on the app where we placed the order we gave them the info again and was told it would be there in 30 min. After 7pm, an hour...read full review
