Just awful all the way around! Food, service etc. No respect for customers! Walked in for an online pick up that was scheduled and deemed ready. Only half of my order was ready!
Witnessed a screaming match between 2 employees. One of which called cooperate supposedly and tried to get me involved. Just totally disgraceful, tasteless and disrespectful to all who customers who witnessed this. Female was screaming at the top of her lungs to other employee who didn't exactly help matters.
This place needs a total make over!

Piteful. No air conditioning. Waited 45 minutes for order. When we asked about it they had given it to some else.
I truly do not see how this place stays open, they are terrible. Everyone who lives here knows how terrible they are and there has been nothing done to change that. I will say bravo to the cashier at the window they were attentive and did get the order correct. She was the shining star of this establishment. Despite her best efforts this place should just close. They need to let something else better come in and take it over. It would be nice to see a Popeyes. The biscuits here are trash. The cole slaw was soupy. Overall quality of food is sad. Don't waste your time or money going here. You will be disappointed.
Wish I could say good things about this place. Food always tastes good but the order is never right. I've been there 3 times and each time something is wrong. First time I got the family meal and they forgot a side. Second time I paid for 2 extra busicits and they forgot all the biscuits. Now this time they don't include syrup for the waffle and they aren't checking the drink machines because my mountain dew was nothing but carbonated water.
At least the famous bowl is always good 🤷♀️

Not sure how this kfc stays in business… They have pot pies but won’t cook them for lunch? It’s like the employees want to lose money for the owner…? Last time I stopped here they didn’t have change so they couldn’t accept cash, and several people left without ordering. It’s been so poorly managed for so long!
Got a 8 piece not kfc recipe some one used flour and salt to make there own
Honestly I wish I could leave 0 stars. This place is deplorable. The service is less than sub par. Customer service training needed for this staff.ASAP!!!! They are extremely rude and grossly incompetent!!!!!
I would give a half star if I could this is what I received for $30 and the chicken strips looked like they hadn’t even been fried very much. I ordered original recipe and they weren’t even brown. The breading looks funny and does not taste like KFC do not go there. It’s not worth it. The place looks like it’s still lapide. The owner obviously doesn’t support his employees or clean up the place. I’ll try to put them in my air fryer and get them to be brown like original recipe shouldn’t be. Never again
I would just like to take a second to brag about the phenomenal food and service that I received from this store. I travel all the way from Mobile, Alabama down to Panama City Beach Florida, five days a week for my job and this location is by far the best for service for food and for a wonderful conversation.. Today I was informed that the chicken wraps that I had ordered wasn’t going to be quite the same instead of using a wrap they put them on a bun and basically made a little chick chicken sandwich and even though they were out of wraps, they still found a way to make my experience as awesome as possible. I’m from Colorado and I am definitely not used to an entire team going out of their way to make things right and it may just be something small and simple but to me it was huge that they took it as serious as they did and for that you will always have my business and I will tell everyone around me how wonderful your store is. Thank you so much for everything you do for us. I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication. You all have provided into creating the perfect service. Keep up the great work guys. I couldn’t tell you the last time I ate at a KFC, but honestly, you had the shortest line compared to the other options nearby, so I gave it a shot. The food was pretty standard—not bad, but nothing to rave about. What truly stood out, though, was the service. I didn’t catch his name, but the person working the drive-thru was an absolute star.
He was hustling non-stop, keeping customers informed about any delays and even running food out himself. His sincere apologies and genuine effort to make the experience smooth were impressive. While the food itself gets three stars, his outstanding service earns a solid five stars!

So I placed an order on the KFC app at 6;50 pm I arrived at 7:15y order was still not ready the place was completely empty like not a single car in lobby or drive thru I pulled up let her know I had an app order she sounded super confused as soon as I pulled up to window she said pull up to the rail this is at 7:16 it’s 7:36 and yet no food I pull around to just get a refund cuz at this point I don’t know WTH but I also noticed they shut the light off as soon as she asked me to pull up to rail I pulled their hours up it said they were open and they are suppose to be until 10pm, so when I asked for a refund I let her know it’s been about 40 min like just refund me plz she was just repeating what I was saying and saying I was lying because they had just got the order I had proof on my phone of when the order was placed and paid for why do I need to lie the… meanwhile the guy had no idea how to refund me and she opened the a door with a glove she used the same gloves to grab some chicken and serve up a lady who had ordered in the drive thru , so ummm yea so since they didn’t know what to do he started telling me how they were getting ready to close and I placed and order and they had to restart the fryer I’m like I wish he could just refund me !!!! She’s telling him I’m a door dash order I’m like wow they must have me confused because I just opened the KFC APP and placed an order. so to spare them from refunding me I asked for my drinks that they didn’t give me he also asked me what type and then handed me empty cups also when I got home the sauce for my tenders was missing food was cold so don’t see why they took so long I don’t know what the issue was but this was my experience !!

First when me and my 85 year old grandmother got there the staff ignored us didn’t welcome us or anything , then after finally being noticed they didn’t even get started on our order untill about 45 minutes after we ordered and I walked up and said something looked like the table hadn’t been cleaned sense that last customer very disrespectful , do better , get better staff

Good price and good food
I ordered 1 meal. They got 1 side wrong and I could break something with how hard the biscuit was. I had given up on them for a long time and figured just 1 more time. Nope never again.
