It was a 10 out of 10 experience. I just moved down here. This was by far some of the best service and food I’ve ever had from KFC.

6:00 PM on a Thursday, ordered 12 piece meal original. No white meat, original or extra crispy, unless we wanted to wait 15 mins. And, insult to injury, no ice for the drinks…we passed. SMH.

I have not ate KFC in about 10 years. I went in today because of my kids hyping it up. So a young lady by the name of Skyler greeted me. Skyler has excellent customer service. She was so friendly,answered my questions and was very patient in me deciding what to order. Skyler and Ms. Vicki worked so well together getting food out and taking care of customers. Thank you ladies and also thank you to Christine for helping out also. The other manager Keisha never greeted me came up to retrieve a till and did not speak just had a stank look on her face. Did not assist with orders which I thought was not a good look as a manager but the other ladies did so well and I could tell they like working with each other. I had to leave a review because I probably will go back as long as Ms. Vicki,Skyler and Christine are there. Keisha should take some customer service skills from them.The food was okay and was better than the last time I tried it so I will try again. They seem to be trying to gain their customers back. Great job ladies!

I’ve just got Bragg on this KFC. They never have enough employees but the ones that they do have Are the best they’re always so happy and so nice when I go through there, I went through there one day there was one lady in the whole store and I’ve never had such good service anywhere! For fast food, they definitely take the cake and this one in Defuniak! My food is always fresh and hot and I never have an issue with my order. I don’t leave many reviews, And I do they’re not good ones what is there today and customer service was on point as always my tenders and my famous bowl were perfect and I just want to thank the employees of KFC for being them! I know how hard it could be to work and the food industry and they are killing it!!

This was the worst experience at KFC ever. First off we ordered 2 big box items. (5 piece tenders with mash potatoes and gravy and coleslaw, & a 3 piece with mash potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. We were the only one in the drive thru, no one was behind us or at the speaker. We were told to pull around to the front door. Why? The coleslaw was the only thing that was good. Mash potatoes on both of our meals tastes like water, the tenders were old and tastes like rubber. We had to go back in because they forgot sauces and a couple biscuits. Food was just inedible. Never going back.

Awful, terrible establishment. This is the most bottom of the barrel KFC I have EVER been to. The staff was one short due to a no-show, but they were polite and doing their best. They deserve better. No running AC, no running water in the male bathroom sinks, a broken side-door, and missing/dirty ceiling were a few of the issues I saw. Again, the staff was great, but service was slow, and conditions were awful.
Need ac hot as hell inside it I feel sorry for people that work there all day there ac been broken for months now

Sorry to say, this place should have been closed years ago. Building hasn’t been updated ever, frequently loses ac and poor employees are left sweating in the food they prepare. Yuck.

Went through the drive thru and was told my food would be a few minutes and to please wait in the front so they could bring it out when ready. I parked and went inside to use the bathroom. There was no AC at all it was like 90 degrees in there. Despite the working conditions the staff was really nice. These guys need a raise and some AC.
