Awful, terrible establishment. This is the most bottom of the barrel KFC I have EVER been to. The staff was one short due to a no-show, but they were polite and doing their best. They deserve better. No running AC, no running water in the male bathroom sinks, a broken side-door, and missing/dirty ceiling were a few of the issues I saw. Again, the staff was great, but service was slow, and conditions were awful.

Sorry to say, this place should have been closed years ago. Building hasn’t been updated ever, frequently loses ac and poor employees are left sweating in the food they prepare. Yuck.

Went through the drive thru and was told my food would be a few minutes and to please wait in the front so they could bring it out when ready. I parked and went inside to use the bathroom. There was no AC at all it was like 90 degrees in there. Despite the working conditions the staff was really nice. These guys need a raise and some AC.

The general manger needs to be held accountable !! The mager can not fix the problems own there own! First let me say this place was not my choice! My dear mother loves fried chicken parking lot empty ! In side my Lord 84 degrees 😳 😫 inside hot could not find food safe score no we're! Order (3) 7 dollars meals (3)drinks extra cashier was new manger had to help fix ero with order. But she was very nice trying her best to help get order correctly! This building needs a remodeling badly had to ask for ice the drinks taste off! No co2 something not right own to the food this can not be KFC original recipe my chicken tenders were so thick and tough! My mother chicken and sister inlaw chicken was so grease no extra crispe the mac & cheese mush! To the general manger do better corporate do better sham,sham own you. Your staff have fans running in the cooking area ! I am no health enforcement but I belive thats a no no ! I truly belive the health enforcement needs to pay a vist ! Please Gm & corporate do better regarding food & condition towards staff & paying customers! And no will not be a returning customer!

Just awful all the way around! Food, service etc. No respect for customers! Walked in for an online pick up that was scheduled and deemed ready. Only half of my order was ready! Witnessed a screaming match between 2 employees. One of which called cooperate supposedly and tried to get me involved. Just totally disgraceful, tasteless and disrespectful to all who customers who witnessed this. Female was screaming at the top of her lungs to other employee who didn't exactly help matters. This place needs a total make over! Turn it into a Popeyes! Get rid of the trash!
