They completely messed up our entire order and didn’t fill out drinks all the way to the top. The floors were filthy.

Rude manager. Ordered online and never received my order when I pulled to the parking spot. I went through the drive through to see if I could get it fixed. Said that my name never came up. Went inside and showed them my receipt. Manager came up and asked for some sort of number that I have never been asked for before. She was rude and acted like it was my fault. I had the receipt and had the right location. I gotta say, the young man who was working the register was amazing. He was so kind and understanding. I hope the manager doesn't treat him like she treated me. Finally got my food and they got it wrong. Didn't have time to go back cause they already made me late for work. Let's fix this. No hard feelings though.

Didn't stay. Could not get what we wanted on the kiosk so we went to Hardee's. Kiosks don't smile, the lady at Hardee's does.
Drive thru order of Steak, egg, cheese bagel ordered online (no sauce, extra onions was missing egg and onions to start. After turning around and going inside to get order made correctly, problems continued.
I could hear grill worker and counter worker arguing with him claiming he already made my sandwich (He did, but made wrong). The replacement still had only 2 or 3 onions but included the missing egg. Finally, I got the sandwich I asked for and my family continued our trip along I-10.

I went in this morning to get me and my parents something to eat for breakfast. I placed an order on the kiosk and it was about $30 overall. I got 3 meals and none of them came with hashbrowns? Like I did not just pay $30 for a half assed order. They also can't seem to wrap anything correctly because my mom's biscuit was just sitting in the bottom of the bag. Couldn't even get a drink carrier for the 3 large drinks I had to carry out by myself.
