The manager known as Mrs Mary steals money from the workers she dislikes and is currently under investigation by 3 different people for it and she has been fired 2 times due to the same issue but they keep taking her back. She’s hateful and unprofessional plus almost all the workers are hateful childish and rude. The quality of the food is always dry and tastes old and the resturaunt is always dirty and the hospitality there is 0 to none.

Came through drive through tonight and the scrawny crackhead in the drive through taking orders sounded absolutely drunk and was constantly stumbling around. Apparently it’s ok to be drunk here. Ended up not getting anything.

Manager sarah at McDonald’s canceled our meal after our DoorDash guy already left with it and was more than halfway to our house on the tracker. When we called to see why she was very disrespectful and hung up on me when I asked for her higher-ups number to complain about her actions as store manager being less than good customer service she swore at us and told me to send my sister in laws husband down to the store to get the number to complain about her and that she was right there waiting for us. extremely inappropriate behavior to happen in front of my family over the phone with kids present who were expecting a surprise breakfast!!!!!

This McDonald's on multiple occasions has upcharged for drinks on Happy Meals. This last time I deliberately did not specify a drink while ordering. When I looked at my reciept after purchasing, once again I had been upcharged for the drink. When I questioned why, it was because the one at the register decided to give me a small rather than the extra small, charge me for it, all without asking if I wanted to size up. Their solution? Of course they can refund it. No, a refund isn't going to make it any better they decided for me that my child needed a larger size drink, to charge me for their decision, and then to act surprised when I was not happy. Every time I brought up an upcharge, I have been told the computer automatically does it when ordering tea. This time, I was told she upsized because she wanted to. The app does not upcharge for tea. The app also does not automatically assume that I want a larger size. Luckily I could afford their assumptions, but if a parent takes their child to get a quick meal as a treat and they know exactly how much said meal should cost, having only enough for that meal may cause the parent to leave without purchasing. I even questioned the total prior to paying. I attempted to order on the screen, but as they were out of table tags I went to counter. This McDonald's has many issues. Scamming anywhere from .10 to .30 per meal is shameful. Blatantly getting a simple kid's meal wrong 8 out of 10 times is wrong. They also do not have a store number, so complaining to corporate is much more difficult. Do not go. If they do it to one, they do it to many. I did not eat there, after my shake the last time was not only wrong, but spilt on me, I refuse to eat there.

Fish was microwaved like eating a tire, bun was toasted not steamed. Nuggets cold (probably from waiting for the fish to finish their 10 minute ride in the microwave)...Fries not salted, diet coke machine needs calibrated and the carbonated isn't working right. For what fast good costs you would.hipe to.get atleast one edible.item.in the bag... BTW your online menu doesn't list mustard in the ingredients so you cannot ask for it to be omitted when ordering with the app.
