This McDonald’s has some serious issues. Undercooked food, orders made wrong, and severe food safety violations. A lot of the time the burgers are still pink inside, someone obviously has the wrong hear setting on the grill, different patties have a different press and heat setting. Orders are consistently being made wrong. When you ask for no onions and no mustard on a burger you expect to get that, not for every time to have mustard and only half the time to have no onions. The biggest flaw is handing out orders again that were wrongfully given to another car. Take my example, when the person in front of me in drive through got my food and they took the food back inside and got their proper order. When the staff received the food back they were looking back at my vehicle and had the oh crap look on their face. They walked back out of view for a minute or so and walked back to me with the EXACT SAME BAG OF FOOD THAT WAS HANDED BACK TO THEM! They tried to hand it to us as if it were fresh, the time stamp proved otherwise. When brought up to the worker that it was the same bag that the other person brought back inside the worker said there was confusion. When told that it's against policy to hand out food that was returned, the worker replied, the manager did not say to not hand it out again. She handed us the food and walked away. Severe health violation. It's an extreme safety issue to hand out food that was handled by another customer and a manager gave the go ahead to re-hand out the food to us after they made a mix up. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! For a manager and workers to try and pass off returned food as if it was remade fresh, huge shame on this establishment. Be cautious when eating here. Undercooked food with wrong specifications that are re-handed out after being returned. Horrendous.

Slow, slow, slow —any time after 10a. The morning people are more professional but after 10a forget it. —The food window pull-up area is always filthy, Inside-dining: the ice cream machine and floor area are filthy. I'm a local and only go dine at this restaurant if my schedule doesn't permit a 15-mile trip to Crestview or a 15-mile trip to DeFuniak. —The place is ONLY in business due to first-time travelers.

Ordered 3 of the new Gold edition deluxe crispy chicken meals and got home and all that was on each sandwitch was the chicken.patty and one pickle. All three sandwiches had one pickle no sauce no bacon just a pickle. Stuff like this happens al.ost every time in the evening when I order in drive thru. Morning time they usually get it right. I paid almost 40 dollars for all the food we got then get home and its just chicken a bun and one pickle. That is so wrong. It isnt a matter of forgetting its just plain being lazy and not caring.

Truck stops usually full and busy but when ibused the kiosk I wasn't able to get my cupnfor being ignored but ended up with 2

The woman at window handing out the food was rude. I didn't get the sauce I asked for, no napkins and very little ice in my drink, it was not cold at all. The chicken nuggets did not taste very good, a little soggy.
Bad food. Gave me food poisoning.
