Food is good, typical McDonald's meal. Service is h I thoroughly miss, though it's as expected being that this location sits right as a VERY busy rest area off of Insterstate 10. Drive through is much quicker, but depending on the time of day inside is not too bad.
Friendliness and efficiency made for a lovely stop. The woman at the register kept everything moving, chatting with customers with humor. The guy making our lattes was fast and also friendly. Yummy lattes. All customers were happy. PROBLEM: There's only one exit out of the Love's truck stop, and my husband vowed never to come back because we had so much trouble getting out.

Don't waste your money, get something from the loves instead of ordering here. Store wasn't very clean, service was slow and food was cold. I'm a trucker and already left the parking lot before discovering food was stone cold less than 5 mins after receiving order, both burger and fries. Called store and was told they could do nothing unless I turned around and came back to store and was told to submit for a refund on the app, which is not possible. Called back and spoke to manager on duty, was told nothing could be done and got hung up on. 12/16/25 4:33pm order #1686

We ordered the Grinch meal did not get my husbands fries. Did not get the extra fries for kids meal . Dasher was great. McDonald’s sucked

They are ok if you just don't know what you want but that's about it. Went through drive thru and first the girl taking our order either a. Was new as can be or b. Is just not got any common sense but I'm not sure which. They took almost 20 mins from ordering to food pick up (we were the only ones in line in drive that whole time). The food was mediocre at best and as I said they are alright if you just that desperate but co.e on if you seriously want McDonald's then at least hit the one in Defuniak off 331 S.

Perfectly Imperfect.
Stopped to grab a quick dinner but the burger patties were so hard and dry to the point it was a absolute waste of time stopping because it was not edible.
