Terry was the most helpful person in this business when I had a problem with an item missing from my order. Customer service is so important, and her helpful and friendly personality took the edge off the frustration I experienced when attempting to solve the issue with another employee within the business.

Wow! Was so impressed with the Tofu General Tso’s (wasn’t on the menu but I asked for it and they happily obliged) being vegan I usually find it hard to find good food while traveling but New Jin Jin did an awesome job. The dish was spicy like I asked for and so tasty. The veggie lo mein that we ordered was also good. If we are in the area again we will definitely be returning to this spot!

Good was good. About average for fried tofu and veggies. Good brown sauce. Good rice as expected. My big issue was the cleanliness. Some tables were dirty and my take was very sticky. Kind of gross sticky. Seems like a family owned business. They really should step up the cleaning though. During lunch hours the parking might be an issue.
