Not bad, but underwhelming. Service was friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. Choriqueso was good. The salsa was bland and also tasted as if it was starting to ferment from sitting too long. The carnitas were drowned in an unnecessary red sauce that tasted like spaghetti sauce from a jar, and the rice and beans lacked flavor. This certainly isn't the worst Mexican food I've had, but compared to the other Pedro's locations on the beach, it was a lower quality than I expected.
We stopped here on our way home and it was delicious. I had the chicken and spinach quesadilla with added grilled onions and my husband had the enchiladas Verde and we both had cheese added on our rice, both were really good. The salsa and refried beans are homemade and the beans are pork free which is hard to find! They service was great, our waitress was very friendly and attentive-! We will definitely eat here again!
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options and beans are pork free as well
Kid-friendliness: casual, comfortable atmosphere
Parking: parking area in front of restaurant with plenty of spaces
Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian options
The queso was good, but everything else was bland or soggy. Very
Amazing. Really friendly. food is amazing. Definitely my favorite place to eat
First time here. My husband and I shared a small cheese dip, which was flavorful. The chips were not stale. The salsa had a small kick, but not much flavor.I had the shrimp chimichanga which was cooked perfectly, stuffed with shrimp and had decent flavor. Definitely one of the better shrimp dishes I have had in a Mexican restaurant. My husband had the beef enchilada. He said the inside was good, but he did not like the red sauce, which tasted like the table salsa.Food came out fast and hot. Will be back to try other menu items.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu. Little toddler at another table was blowing kisses at the server and they were playing peek a boo in return with the toddler

Hostess wasn’t inviting, salsa tasted like canned pasta sauce. No toilet paper in bathroom. Food was fine could be better.
Stopped by on the way through town. Pretty standard Mexican restaurant fare, but that's what I was expecting. Staff was friendly. Food came out quick and correct. Was not busy. I had the Steak a la Mexicana and really like the flavor in the sauce. The steak was good, not gummy like some places. Would return if I'm in the area.
Food was good service was good we were the only people in the restaurant tho but I would go
The service was spot on... The food was fresh hot and flavorful. The 2 for 1 Margaritas where o.k. but I'm sure in time they will get better. The atmosphere needs improvement on decorating and advertising...

We went yesterday for lunch and everything was great. Ordered steak quesadilla $10 and it had a lot of steak on it. My husband and son order the steak and shrimp and said it was fantastic. Not sure what anything else tastes like because we all got the steak but it was well seasoned and delicious. 1-year-old grandson spilled salsa all over the table and the waitress was so nice about it. We will definitely be going back. Sorry, didn't even think to take photos.

My husband and I have eaten here twice. The first time we took friends with us. The food was amazing!!!! Plenty of food!! Plates were full. The food was hot, Queso dip was brought out hot and immediately. Salsa is really good as well. The food is very authentic Mexican food. The staff is AWESOME!!
Online it says they open at 10 on Sunday. Show up and the door says they open at 11. Well 11 comes and goes and they are still not open.
I had a shrimp fajita and hubby had a shrimp quesadilla, both very good. They offered 2 for 1 margaritas (one was enough, huge glass). They could have given a bit more guacamole, but overall, good value for our dollar.
Food was not fresh. I had shrimp tacos. I will not be back.
Stopped by for dinner on a Friday night. Was not busy at all, 1 other table when we arrived 1 other by the time we left. Friendly and attentive staff. Food came out relatively quick and tasted good. Wasn’t a lot of food like most Mexican places but it was enough to fill you up. Salsa tasted good and the prices were very reasonable.
