I come here more often than most and while this location stays busy especially on Saturday and Sunday mornings this morning was awful. I think the guy on mobile orders was new, which is fine. No big deal, but no one seemed to have a sense of urgency at all. The one girl working the cash register and ovens was just focused on her area of responsibility and not even trying to help her team. It was obvious the new guy was slow and struggling and there was about 10 of us just standing there waiting on drinks. I ordered 15 minutes before I got there and had to wait over 10 minutes making me late for work. I tried standing at the register to cancel my coffee and get a refund and by the time the girl finally acknowledged me my drink was made. I love a few of the baristas there and will probably come back, but this morning’s team need to get it together.

i’ve been going here ever since they opened I always tip. and I can say pretty confidently that I’m done, how are you gonna be a busy Starbucks location off one of the most major highways in Florida and not even carry change for one $100 bill I sat in that line for almost 20 minutes just to get up to the window and be turned away for my stupid seven dollar coffee because they don’t have change for a $100 bill. Huge inconvenience huge disappointment on your part will not be returning.
