Placed an online order. Arrived 10 minutes after it should’ve been done. Had to wait an extra 20, no biggie. I ordered during lunch hours so I’m not upset about that. I’m posting this review about the older gentleman who works there. While I was waiting on my sandwiches that should’ve been done 20 minutes ago, he takes it upon himself to provoke me and antagonize me about how upset I seemed at them. I never once even spoke to them while we were there as my husband did. To stand there and provoke me, and after I already get my keys to leave while my husband grabbed our food, then to take it upon yourself to go off on me after I was already leaving is ridiculous. As I said to you as me and my husband left, MIND YOUR OWN. Not everybody owes you a smile or conversation. This is the worst service I have ever had and hope you learned your lesson with the response I gave you because I would hate for this to happen to others.

Online ordered at this location earlier, we came in 10 minutes after our order should have been finished and they were only just starting it when we walked in the door. proceeded to continue to make an order before ours. Continued to wait another 10-15 minutes for our sandwiches to be ready and then the male sandwich “artist” proceeded to question why my wife was “upset” when she was standing with a blank face waiting on our food? I told him that she was hungry and he continued to ask, my wife asked me tor the car keys and he continued to make comments about her being upset even with the other employee clear as day saying “she is just waiting” and having already been told that that she is HUNGRY, we get home and only two of four sandwiches are even warm because of how long they took to make the second sandwiches (the drive home is no more than 5 minutes.)

Wonderful place! The people that work there are super nice and the guy that works there makes the best subs. The lady that works in there at the cash register is awesome. They are very professional. She bakes the best cookies.Very fresh. The veggies for the subs are fresh. This Subway is definitely going to be our go to sub shop! Thank you guys for being so awesome!

There are 2 ladies at this Subway who not only exhibit great customer service skills but they make my BLT on flatbread beyond excellent. I always get my BLT made the same way every time because it's so good, but depending on the Subway location and the person behind the sneeze glass, my sandwich is either carefully crafted for the sole purpose of my enjoyment or it's slammed, crammed & forcefully held together by the wrapping and I know all too well the different taste between the 2. Maybe it's psychological but either way I prefer to receive a sandwich that I make a mess of if I chose to because that's what i paid for.Well these 2 ladies at Subway in Dfs, Fl did exactly how they were trained to do. The first lady Ms. Dakota (she told me she was named after a truck) made my BLT so darn delicious I had to go back the next day for another one. Although the first day they were out of cucumbers and couldn't slice anymore because it was so close to closing time, I understood (I didn't want to understand but I'm grown so my only choice was to understand and accept it.) And yes I could have went to Walmart or WD across the street, bought a cucumber and sliced it for my sandwich at the house but I didn't because it wouldn't have tasted the same. (When you know you just know)Anyway so the second day I seen Ms. Dakota, told her BLT flatbread. She said "No Cheese Right?" I nodded with delight. Yes ma'am I replied that's correct. She then said with a smile, "I have cucumbers for you today" She probably seen the tear forming in my eye the night before when she was explaining to me why they were out of sliced cucumbers, my day that day was a lil more challenging then the rest so I'm sure I showed signs of "if another something doesn't go as planned" but Ms. Dakota kept busy putting her skills to work and within 3 or 4 mins I was paying and leaving. Now these blt's on flatbread the way I get mine made are divine, so I went in for the 3rd night in a row. Seeing all different crew members I wanted to turn around but I didn't and in my mind I had already picked out the person I wanted to make my sandwich. (Not sure if anyone else does that but I've always said to myself I want this person to take my order, or make my food, it doesn't always happen that way but no biggie.) But it did happen this night and Ms. Trudy who had a pin fastened to her visor, it was a lil cat hanging from a UFO put her gloves on asked me what I would like. Although there were some small differences in the way these 2 ladies put together my sandwich the presentation and the taste were equally phenomenal. I liked them both just as good and was 100% satisfied. Ms. Trudy waisted no time when finishing my order to jump right into making an online order then she rotated the bread in the warmer , grabbed up a few empty dishes and disappeared into the back. I stepped to the drink machine and I could see her back there washing dishes and wiping things down. Hard working young lady, dedicated to her job, thanks Ms. Trudy and thank you Ms. Dakota for helping to change Subway in DFS.*The only downside with each visit, the air conditioner and ceiling fans will slap you with some continuous disrespectful cold air. Thank goodness I wasnt in there that long but man I don't see how those girls can work in there with that cold wind whipping every second, cold air like that puts me to sleep, I'd have a hard time staying awake trying to work. Advantage, the cold air helps keeps down any germs.
