Ordered a footlong blt. I got a cold cut! Bread old and over charged for what i didn't order! I'd recommend going across the road to better service

When we walked up to order our food guy behind the count was cussing when he asked what I wanted he threw the bread on the counter and slammed the door shut while making our food he was throwing stuff then when we tried to pay the register wasn't working so he hit it and started throwing cups and stuff my babies was scared he almost hit one of my babies with stuff he was throwing around and yell and cussing everyone there stopped to look

Staff was great working with me as I’m hard of hearing and the spot Wal-Mart put them in is right under an air handle so it was very noisy! It is next to impossible to talk to the staff making your sandwich. Even my wife was struggling to hear what was being said.

The worse Subway sandwiches we have ever had. We ordered online and it’s as if they knew that we wouldn’t be looking at these until we were home because each one was made incorrectly and had only a fraction of the normal ingredients that they add to sandwiches. Went to eat at this location tonight at 8:10pm the girl working there immediately gave an attitude and said “I am closing up now so y’all will have to wait until after I finish sweeping and taking out the trash” I asked what time do you close? She said 9pm, so almost an entire hour before they actually close she is giving us attitude for even considering coming in to get a sandwich. This location needs to just be shut down, the employees at this location are always slacking and have attitudes. Go to the one on the other side of 331 for way better service

This subway really needs to terminate the employees. I've been to this location twice. Each time I was told I needed to wait because someone was going to clock in within 10mins..... then as they proceeded to make my food they made me feel like I was inconvenient to their schedules. I really felt disrespected, I was so heated by the time I left. This is unacceptable, I felt attacked by the employees because they needed to do their jobs.
The employee Stephen is one great man made my sub perfect and I will 100% recommend this subway

The food is good, but the customer service was very unpleasant. The employee acted unprofessionally with an attitude over the amount of sandwiches I asked to be made. To add to things, the food was pushed and slid forward as if they were irritated. I can understand having a bad day, but that is not an excuse to be unprofessional.

Awful. New employee struggling with very little assistance older employee possibly supervisor Christina was oblivious to the new employees plight supervisor all but ignored us and acted irritated. Not a good experience. I felt like we were speaking different languages she couldn't understand I would give no stars if that were an option. Kudos to the new girls effort, politeness, and patience. Also no masks except on the new girl. Sandwiches fell apart not wrapped properly extremely hard to eat
