I pulled off the freeway to get a vegan Whopper at the Burger King but it is shut down. so I went to Taco Bell and ordered a bean burrito Fresco style and black beans. the refried beans in my bean burrito were not hot overall the meal was okay and I'm glad they offer a few vegan items.

Went through the drive thru and the experience was not the best. First was greeted by the automated voice like you get when calling a company. It had a hard time understanding my order and was adding items I was not asking for. Took awhile before an actual person came on the speaker and took my order. What happened to them taking orders like before. Then when I got to the window to pay they cashier was very rude and was to busy playing around and talking on their cellphone to even acknowledge I was asking for sauce and napkins. When they finally realized I was asking for something they acted like it was an inconvenience.

Passing through and stopped here. Why is there a robot recording taking orders? It kept recording the wrong items. Finally went to the window to tell them I needed to place my order there. I was given 3 extra tacos for free I guess but the items I ordered were all wrong. Asked for burritos without sauce and the sauce is on them both. The drink was regular and not diet. So I ended up having to eat the extra tacos they gave us (thanks) but I just don’t understand how difficult it is to get an order right

If y'all aren't doing breakfast anymore take taco Bell off breakfast on DoorDash and other apps Don't know why y'all stopped it but I always love their breakfast now taco bell should shut down bc breakfast is still 9 am

This has got to be the most sorry taco bell out there. No care in the order what so ever. They wouldnt even bite into what they give you. My burrito looked like it had been ran under the sink after it was wrapped it was so saturated.

Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes before they told me something happened to the drive through system. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes just to get out of the drive through because everyone until me were paying and getting their food (both cash and card ). I sat at the window just to ask if they could take my order through there on one of the front computers and pay since everyone in front of me did. They proceeded to ignore me. The worst customer service I’ve seen in a long while. Won’t be going back.
