Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Salad had a bunch of old lettuce in it. But my daughter's meal was good.

Kalub was our cashier. It was real busy he was doing front cash and lobby all in increments. I was impressed by his professional attitude. The food was real good I got the Philly chicken. My grandson got the spicy chicken. Fries were great. I recommend zax sauce.

Stopped here on our travels west. Worst Zaxbys I’ve ever been to. We ordered 3 large fries and were lucky to have MAYBE 20 fries, they had no sweet tea and the bathrooms were so gross. There was a roach in the one my daughter and I went in. Not worth the stop at all

Quick service but food was just average. Got the grilled chicken sandwich. Was OK, not exceptional. Would eat there again if I needed to.

Good location

Unorganized took forever for someone to greet me and take my order took another 25 minute to get 3 tenders fries and a piece of toast. If you are looking for a quick bite to eat skip this place the staff doesnt care enough about its customers. Makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen where your food is being prepared. Corporate better get invovled with this one. Smh do better and hire staff that cares about there job.

The store got my order wrong and didn't notice till I got to my location 20 min away. Drove back to store and they refused to help without receipt. They make a mistake and the manager on duty holly made it seem to be my fault. 1hr and a half of driving to get dinner and they gave me a free fry. They refunded order and made me pay the extra $5 they didn't charge.

Drive through boy told me they don’t put mayonnaise on chicken sandwich and lo and behold they did on mine and I got on interstate and could not turn around so now only my dog will eat better than I will and he told me I should have been more specific didn’t even offer apology just said oh well I wish I could have gotten his name but no name tag visible won’t return and will discourage others as well

COLD FOOD! 100% agree with the Kanessa Brooks review that was posted here. Customer service has always been good and the wait time has always been excellent, imho, and it's a shame because the last 3-4 times I got wings here they were basically ROOM TEMP. It's gross. Now when I get a wing craving I'd sooner order from Dominos.. might not be as good but at least it's HOT FOOD. Do better Zaxby's of Defuniak.

Also, lmao at the owner feedback to these reviews.. it's boilerplate link spamming with no regard to individual customer experiences. iow, no one there cares.

The food was good, but the service was not. We went through the drive through and it took a bit to even order. Then it took forever to get our food. The car in front of us left without their order because it took so long. They gave us the wrong drink at first. Then we waited some more. When our food finally came out, the worker just thrust the food at my husband without saying anything and closed the window. Not very friendly at all.
