Usually pretty good but occasionally they will give soggy chicken wings that need cooked more. Sometimes they really lack on the buffalo, then other times its drenched like I want it to be. Otherwise good. Their salads are fire!

Got order wrong
Instead of line cook correcting it they added an exaggerating amount of sauce to cover it up making it inedible for a sandwich it was extremely messy

Went in and Ordered, waited and waited for order, finally after all the drive thru received their orders, ours was placed on the counter and not announced. Then we found small pieces of chicken for chicken fingers, also had sour/warm coleslaw salad. Wait staff said the would do nothing about the sour coleslaw .

This restaurant is a good example of why you should stay home and cook your own food! My food was burnt and one chicken strip looked like someone bit it! There is absolutely no consideration for quality at all! Will never be back again!

Stopped at this Zaxbys for the first time on our way home to Texas. The girl working front counter was amazing, wish i got her name but she was busy. She had multiple suggestions for the menu that were delicious. Food was quick and fresh. Restaurant and bathrooms were spotless.

just stopped here with my partner to grab some food on the way home, our big zax snack smelled and tasted like cigarettes & my signature sandwich left the after taste of cigarettes in my mouth, the food was nice & hot though and service was very fast i am just scared now
