I always get cold food sad part is I love Zaby’s but this one just sucks. Asked for a remake and it was with burnt bread and food still cold after I stated kindly I would wait for fresh food to be dropped! Nothing works with the kids that work there! Wasted my money for the last time! I never say a work I ask for a remake and literally get worse food for asking nicely i just don’t get it! After my long day at work yesterday 19 hour day I just wanted some hot food! Im glad no matter what Job I do I do it to the best of my ability!

If you are hunting for a chicken place to eat do not go here. Easy enough to get to from the road but that is about it. We had never been here before, so we took time to look around and see what the place was like and it was fairly clean in the dinning area. Bathrooms were modern but a little messy. Once at the counter I asked for chicken breast and was told they don't serve breast but only chicken strips. I asked if they had a sandwich that had only white meat and they did. I ordered this as I was thinking it would be like Chick-Fila or KFC. When I got the sandwich, it was like a slider size, the bread was all crunched up and the piece of "breaded" chicken was about a 3" diameter and looked like it had been under the warmer for hours. I took a bite and it was tough and chewy. My wife and I left and we will never be back ! The only thing good was one of the servers that showed up to work while we were ordering seemed to know what she was doing and eager to help, but we didn't get that one to serve us :-(

Here today for lunch with my wife had to make sure that we received hot french fries, special ordered, unfortunately everything else came out lukewarm I had chicken sandwich deluxe my wife had chicken salad, wondered why we were the only ones sitting in the restaurant at 12:10 PM. Definitely have a problem here may get resolved may close the doors, I understand there’s a new chicken restaurant open to the south of this location called Chick-fil-A. Apparently dislocation does not want to compete in this market serving this type of quality. Good luck.
Nice, fairly new location and service was fast, food was good. If you are staying downtown along US 90 it's a little bit of a drive (maybe 2 or 3 miles), but if you want fast food chicken fingers in Defuniak Springs, this is the place.

I've been to many Zaxbys locations and have never had a bad experience. This is the only location where I purchased a meal and didn't get any sauce. I asked the lady at the counter for a single sauce and she told me I had to pay 25 cents for it. I should get at least 1 sauce with my meal.
