UPDATE: The staff is getting too comfortable insulting the customers. The service has unfortunately gotten worse. The rude remarks have happened on more than one occasion. Most recently, I went to buy some drinks for my family and forgot a drink. I asked to place another order and was met with a huge attitude. Mind you, I don’t add to orders often so you can just tell the employee was really miserable. I keep to myself and I’m respectful, but today was especially annoying....
Always go for good coffee and that bit of fun time at the drive thru. Its usually a pleasant expirence.
Not this time. The young man that took our order was not really paying attention. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Then was distracted by someone in the store saying to him “you going home soon”. When he finally looked at us I repeated the order again and he said “I got you man”. Obviously he didn’t. While waiting up front for our coffees to come out two different...

Love 7 Brew coffee! Very appreciative of Brandon, he kept the line moving by working double duty jumping in to help the other line when he had down time - and was SO kind and helpful!
