Gone downhill. I come here prob 3-4X a week and the service just isn’t the same. They only seem to have 1 person with an iPad out now and she skips over cars not paying attention which makes the line go slow. They have employees come out with an iPad like they’re gonna start helping and they really just stop at a car to joke around with a friend they see then when they’re done laughing and talking they go back up the front and never finish taking orders. Also the drinks...
This location never disapoints, drinks are always perfect the staff is amazing. Service is always personal, quick and sweet. Highly recommend! Naiomi is always in the spirit no matter the day and a joy to be served by. The best location by far!
Coffee drinks were great as well as the service. Menu boards are odd, they flip too quickly to be able to read through and the batista ( very friendly and helpful ) was unable to pause or control it and didn't seem to have a customer friendly one available on the iPad they use to place orders. Definitely not a biggie, just a little odd to have to have difficulty in seeing a menu. Also if you drive a larger vehicle, the drive through lanes are pretty tight to get through.
