We got the Boston coffee House with my mom for breakfast. They have such a wide variety of coffees and breakfast or lunch options. I’ve tried a number of their sandwiches. My son had pancakes. My mom had chocolate chip pancakes. My Wife had the mozzarella tomato avocado, and I had the breakfast wrap sausage bacon egg.

Best little hole in the wall in Downtown Deland Fl Historic District. Perfect spot for a treat yourself kinda thing. I had the Gourmet grilled cheese with the tomato basil soup and a Boston Carmocha coffee. For Dessert the Berries Creme Brulee cheesecake. Everything was so delish. Found my sweet spot to chill.

My party of 3 went in on a packed Saturday morning for brunch, so I anticipated some standing around, but our server Gabrielle K. was SO quick getting a table cleared, us seated, and our drinks on the table. Amazing service, and the best dirty chai lattee I've ever had. Five stars!

Very dissapointed. They took too long to give us jus oatmeal and a bagle to go. I felt rushed once we walked in, they asked us right away if we were eating in or out.
Every establishment I have been related to food, has always asked if we need some time to look at the menu or what not and then to let them know once you are ready. Plus I worked in the food industry before, so this location lacks customer service adequate. As well food establishments let you know once your order is ready to go. This location, they just placed the food on the coffee counter and walked away.
And this location wasn't even busy. I have been to the Altamonte Springs location plenty of times. Which is always busy, yet they have never taken so long with a simple order.
To top it off, the oatmeal wasn't even oatmeal consistency. It had pudding consistency instead. Then, the bagel tasted like it has been in the fridge for a while.

The iced Chai was fantastic. However the waffle was horrible. Waffle was tough, strawberries frozen and no flavor or color. The empty tables were filthy with the dirty cloth and bottle of cleaner left on table. Shame! You can do alot better.
